Ordered 3 bottles of Deborah Lippmann… Ordered 3 bottles of Deborah Lippmann nail polish. Two came in a box, and the third was unboxed. They told me to send an email and my response was they checked and in the future the product will be sent without a box. I've ordered this product in the past and it has always come boxed. I told them I was going to give them a poor review and they said they didn't care.

Good pricing, but long shipping. Pricing for the two items that I bought was good, better than anywhere else I could find, however, this store is a dropseller. This means they don't have many of the products they sell for sale in their store. They are a middle man who sells products directly from suppliers. This is perfectly fine and legal and the products should be of the desired quality and authenticity, but shipping can take an extra long time. It took me about 3 weeks to get the products I ordered. If you're in a time crunch I would take this into consideration before making a purchase. However, you can save some money, so if you don't mind waiting a while for your product to reach you than it's not a problem. I've verified that my charge was the correct amount and the charge was not ran until the product shipped. All in all, the store seems reputable and the webpage is user friendly enough and responses professional, but not personal. They do not come out and say that they are a dropshipper or really indicate when you may receive your product. This was frustrating, but ultimately I did receive exactly what I ordered without any sketchy charges or issues.

Denied a Return! I read eSkin Store's description of an item I purchased; when I received it, it was way too dark. The description stated it was "Universal"... It's not! They declined to have me return it and I'm out the money I spent. I will never do business with them ever again!
