Reliable, fast, quality products with GREAT customer service! I have used this company for years for personal and business purposes. On the rare occasion I have had an issue with a cartridge the customer service was above and beyond excellent. A rare thing to find these days. Good source of printer ink at reasonable prices Have 2 Canon printers; ink for one works exremely well as it does show the ink levels. the 2nd printer not so well; the printer does not like cartriges & will stop printing after 2 pages. Also, it does not show the levels.

...product quality has become unacceptable... hey buddy ole pal...last cartridge arrived damaged, leaked all over, they really don't seem to b a god as once were! don't seem to last as long as did ,and if I buy extras they dry up before I get to use them!...lookin for new supplier....
