.... I'm surprised for a first time user. The service was quite good. I ordered ink in advance so I guess the delay didn't matter to me. The product came in in good condition. I have no problem with the price. I was able to use it right. I had no issues at all.

...product quality has become unacceptable... hey buddy ole pal...last cartridge arrived damaged, leaked all over, they really don't seem to b a god as once were! don't seem to last as long as did ,and if I buy extras they dry up before I get to use them!...lookin for new supplier....
