Having submitted my book for formatting… Having submitted my book for formatting for Amazon on a Saturday, I was surprised that Steven replied within an hour and I had a formatted ebook version of my book within 24 hours. I then asked him to format the print version also and his patience with me as a first-time writer (with, by the way, many changes that were way over my initial remit) was exemplary. Would recommend AS Web Designer all day long.
