Provided the Book I had envisioned! Provided the Book I had envisioned! The Designer was very courteous and prompt replying to my questions. The willingness to be informative was impressive. No way could I have formatted the manuscript after seeing the final product, or could the high levels in expertise and customer service I believe have been matched by another formatter. Don't know if there is another book in me but if so, returning to these Professionals!
