21st Century Publishing Thirty years after publishing my first book, followed by ten more, I looked into using Amazon KDP for my latest title. But I soon realized that I did not have the IT skills to prepare the manuscript. A search for someone who could accomplish the task saw me find and reject a dozen or more potential firms, until I came to AS WEB DESIGNER. An exploratory email resulted in a quick reply. More back-and-forth emails followed until I decided that Mr Steve was someone who not only had the expertise but was also someone I could trust. The design and layout I wanted were nonstandard, which made it a demanding project. But the result was so impressive that I went a step further by commissioning a new website. Like the book, it was outside the standard design parameters and therefore more time-consuming to complete. Yet throughout the process Steve was unfailingly patient and polite. Thus it would be ungenerous of me not to give him due credit or recommend him to others.

No way could I have formatted the manuscript after seeing the final product, or could the high levels in expertise and customer service I believe have been matched by another formatter.
