No way could I have formatted the manuscript after seeing the final product, or could the high levels in expertise and customer service I believe have been matched by another formatter. Don't know if there is another book in me but if so, returning to these Professionals!

Having submitted my book for formatting… Having submitted my book for formatting for Amazon on a Saturday, I was surprised that Steven replied within an hour and I had a formatted ebook version of my book within 24 hours. I then asked him to format the print version also and his patience with me as a first-time writer (with, by the way, many changes that were way over my initial remit) was exemplary.
