Site is always very easy to use Site is always very easy to use. Products are extremely high quality and always arrive on time. We've been using Got Print since 2004. We typically place at least 3 orders per year and are never disappointed.

Poor Customer Service I have purchased collectable cards on three or four occasions, all the same paper thickness and style with no issues. On the most recent order, the cards are noticeably flimsier and bend easily. You can see the difference when inserting a card from a prior order in with the current ones. When I contact customer service, I was told that they wouldn't have made a mistake in the paper. No further suggestions or requests for information.
