I made an artwork mistake on my most recent order and needed to make a last-minute change. Their customer service team made this a breeze and was so accommodating! Fire the QC (Quality Control) Fire the QC (Quality Control) I made a simple order..just three shirts. The image was a vector based image. It was recommended that the design go DTG (Direct to Garment) so I obliged. Any quality control person looking at the garment after one print would know that this job shouldn't be approved. The image and text came out blurry with some bleed and fuzziness in the text overall. It should've been silkscreened or heat transferred. This should've been communicated even at the slight increase of cost. Now I have three useless t-shirts that will make good for a wiping rag. Thoroughly disappointed!!! J.
