GBI ordered D&G Light Blue Italian Zest I ordered D&G Light Blue Italian Zest. Your site indicated it was in stock. Several days later I received an email indicating my purchase price was being refunded without any explanation as to why! No other communication from you. Very poor customer service.

GBSecond experience, same as the first. As with my first order, my second went through and it showed available on the website. A few days later, I was refunded because the item was not in stock. 2 different orders on 2 different days both with the same result.

GBFree delivery and Authentic I reviewed other comments and took a chance. Mostly, due to free delivery with text notice. The ordered was placed on Friday pm and delivered the following Friday to TN. Authentic product. Thanks

Product is still available online so it doesn't appear to be out of stock. Lost my current and future business and anyone who asks me about your store.

GBmy order was filled as soon as the… my order was filled as soon as the product was available through one of the company's contacts and arrived on time. Unfortunately, the product was not satisfactory and I had to call Choisny. My call was answered quickly and professionally. I explained the problem and Jon made certain the matter would be handled. Within a few minutes he sent me a return label with clear instructions. I will always call the company, first. They are honorable.
