I had an ordinay experience with… I had an ordinay experience with Chiosny.com. The website was almst good and had a good range of products but navigating around the site was slow and cumbersome. The prices were avarage so I didn't have to worry about paying too much. The payment proces was relatively strightforward and it was very helpful to be able to track my package once it had been despatched. Overall, it was an okay experience but I won't be in a rush to use the website agian anytime soon. With a littl bit of imprvoment I'm sure the site could provvide better overall customer sercice.

I sent multiple emails and messages… I sent multiple emails and messages requesting an address change on my order because I was unable to cancel and re-order. You shipped it to an old address, so I basically wasted that money.

Order cancelled by store due to discount given Ordered expensive parfume on line and discount was given. Payed with pay pal and it was approved and paid - then ChiosNY cancelled my order. Called them to ask why and they said with the discount and free shipping they made no profit on the item, so they didn't want to sell it to me at that price. Will never do business with them again for sure!
