(I can get 5 cartridges for the priced of one in the office stores.) The cartridges last a long time and the "save7" code is a great discount. Never had a problem until just this year I was sent a different brand of ink than the usual, made a terrible mess. I have never had a problem with the G&G brand. Company made the correction and I am a happy customer once again!

Out of all the ink cartridges that I have received from them, I only had one that did not work properly. Unfortunately, it was a year past the date that I bought it, and I could not get a refund or a new cartridge for free. Understandable, but I think it would have been good customer service to replace the ink cartridge regardless, since they obviously have good products, and that this would most likely not happen often.

I have been using the Brother ink… I have been using the Brother ink toners for at least 5 years and would recommend that others use this company ( and I have ) to purchase printer ink. The quality and price cannot be beat and I will continue to be a satisfied customer. Thanks to your company :)

Excellent value and cartridges work… Excellent value and cartridges work great in my Epson inkjet printer. Also, order turnaround and shipping time have always been very quick and error-free.
