Worst logo designer Worst logo designer company. Most of the logos given by them are easily available on google with minor changes. After working for 1-1.5 months we were not satisfied with their work so requested for refund, as we had opted for Elite package which has “Moneyback guaranteed” with it. But surprisingly they said they can refund us only 20-30% of payment. So we gave them design and they worked on that and gave us few options by changing colours and pattern on the design which we gave them and had to finalize from it. Never thought that we need to give designs to logo designer company and also have to make payment for their logo designing service!

Greatest Logo Company EVER!!… The folks at SturdyLogo did a fantastic job with our logos. They were very patient with us throughout all the revisions that we requested. The designs we requested for was quite unique and unusual so we were kinda worried that the design wouldn’t come out like how we wanted it to, but Jeff and his amazing team captured exactly what we envisioned perfectly. We would definitely recommend anyone who’s looking for someone to create their logo to come to SturdyLogo. 10/10

They made it right! Problem to solution in minutes I had an initially horrible experience, but my review here got a manager to call me. She had the files to me in 20 minutes and in the correct formats. She went out of her way to make sure that I am completely satisfied and I am. We're a non profit so every dollar to us is critical to get value and I feel 100% we got it. Thanks Study logo (and Melissa) for showing you care about your product and your customers satisfaction. The moral of this story is that reviews here are extremely important. Tred lightly, but if you aren't getting anywhere, your review will be seen.
