Do not waste your time! I have purchased car related products online for 5 years without issues. Regrettably, I must warn others not to waste your time attempting to conduct business with Gary Hedlin. After multiple agreed to deadlines were missed, lack of honesty, communication ceased. Stay away!!

Took my $$ - and nothing Like several others, paid in full more than a month ago and zero communication since then. No response to email, phone call, or text (as instructed in phone voicemail to do). Missed using for several car shows now. Thankfully I'm able to dispute the payment. I can understand a small business getting behind on orders or having something go wrong that causes production to halt, but post a message on your website or a general "out of office reply" to people. Losing customers and gaining a bad reputation serves nobody.

Exceptional service Exceptional service. Gary stayed in contact. Checked if I was satisfied and made sure I received exactly what I ordered. Minor issue with vinyl separation. I sent photos to Gary and he sent a replacement within days. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Car Show Signs. Speak with Gary.

Quality My first e-mail was promptly answered. Site was were easy to navigate. They responded within hours of communication. They gave me several different examples of finished products to pick from. They were willing to change anything without question. Finished product was shipped within days. Arrived in a very well packaged container. Sign looked like you paid hundreds of dollars for with the highest standard of quality. Excellent follow up communication as well.
