I ordered a large quantity of boxes… I ordered a large quantity of boxes custom. I clearly specified that colors and there was an error by the production team and the interior of the box was not the color I chose. The agent who was helping me, Daniel Hales, admitted that a mistake had been made. They offer a fix that did not solve the problem OR a discount on a future order. Why would I order with a company that does not stand by their product again? Stay away. Not good business practice!

Nancy has been excellent help… Nancy Hawkins has been excellent help throughout the whole process for designing my boxes. She communicated all around and throughout the draft design process until the final approval and delivery. I look forward to working with Nancy and the team again in the near future for my packaging requirements.
