GBI ordered a large quantity of boxes… I ordered a large quantity of boxes custom. I clearly specified that colors and there was an error by the production team and the interior of the box was not the color I chose. The agent who was helping me, Daniel Hales, admitted that a mistake had been made. They offer a fix that did not solve the problem OR a discount on a future order. Why would I order with a company that does not stand by their product again? Stay away. Not good business practice!

GBExcellent customer service I have worked with Alvin at The Legacy Printing for the last 6 months on multiples types of projects. From packaging, to instructional manuals, stickers and more, they have delivered an excellent product and have accommodate to hit my deadlines every time. I have several projects in the works and will no doubt reach out to them for a bid.

GBSAVE YOUR SANITY!!!!!! I received very poor quality prints, mismatched colours for the same designs, uneven background design across all 3,300 prints, embossing totally off, some free sand, uneven prints, glue on outside of boxes, text not clear to say the least. 74% of production was defective. Adam agreed to a reprint which was of worse quality and 90% of this reprint was defective. They also post fake reviews on Google, I have emails with Adam Millar confronting him of this and him admitting it was their social team and removed them. Was hit with a VAT and Customs bill which they agreed to refund, but not have done so. Will be claiming a Section 75 refund and taking them to the small claims court for the VAT and Customs bill which was never refunded. Save you your sanity, time and most importantly keep you on track with your schedule by going elsewhere. Full Review to follow on Google with images.
