No Work Ethic and Terrible Design DO NOT USE this company because they are terrible and irresponsible! I would give it a zero star if possible... The designers are lazy and slow. For example, we asked for help to update a homepage design because we recently updated the copy. The requirement was to incorporate the additional copy while keeping the website mostly the same. On the first day we received 2 versions of a partial design that covered only the hero section and another section underneath, and it looked nothing like the original website. So we reminded the designer it should use the existing homepage and only provide design for additional copy. On the second day we received 2 more versions of an irrelevant and partial design. So we chatted with the support team and reiterated what we really needed. Then we did receive some new section designs, but it was so basic with just copy and photo placeholders in basic blocks that have no custom design (no photo selection or icon selection either). This went back and forth for more than a week so we had to design it elsewhere. We then tried 3 more tasks with Epiic. None of which came back with what we needed. Even when we provided a Figma file for existing pages, the designer would just use a placeholder that says, "Insert your own header." There is no work ethic and terrible design.

From social graphics to a recipe book, the Epiic team are quality folks! The team at Epiic are great people. They provide excellent customer support and they're extremely timely with the designs. They do a great job of delivering on projects within the timeframe allotted. The design work was great for our budget. To get the most out of the service, you will want to be as detailed as possible in your brief and your revision requests. I found the designs to be economical and efficient. If you need to outsource some of your design work, they're great for a variety of project types from social graphics to ebooks. They even helped us create a great recipe book for our clients.

Great designs at great value Very happy with the designs. The designer managed to encapsulate perfectly what I wanted out of the logo. I was positively surprised that I got several options right off the bat, and all I needed to do, was to give my feedback, and the next day it was perfect. Very happy so far. Also, extremely easy to use on the backend (the login area). Slick, clean, professional, orderly. The only thing to be mindful of is the cut-off time for the work. I submitted my first job on Friday morning (my time), but it was past the cut-off time on their side, and therefore work started only on Monday. So don't sign up on a Friday :)

Beautiful design, easy to use & fast turn around Epiic designed some great customer cards for us. They provided several fantastic options in 24 ours and we were thrilled to be able to use one of them without any revisions at all. Great service, very responsive and beautiful creations.
