JOES BEAUTY IS UGLY WITH DISHONESTY On October 6, 2023. I purchased a wig for $175.98 from Joes Beauty. As soon as I opened the box I was highly disappointed with the color and style. Please note! I "never" tried it on, or removed tags or the net. And I immediately placed it back in the box and returned it. Soon after I was sent an email stating I would be charged $106.00 in return fees, because the wig was messy when they opened the box. This was a lie! Dishonesty, as they are... they sent pictures of the wig being shaken, but in tact. This wasn't how I returned the wig. I believe they purposely shaken the wig "to look messy" in order to charge me. Please be careful with this merchant! Always take pictures, and a video of your purchase. I'll definitely be reporting them to the BBB. In closing, you can always order their products from Amazon!
