Amazing Experience! My experience with Neon Grand was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They were so patient with me and brought my vision to life. The replies were quick and suggestions were great! I loved how they asked for a picture of the wall I wanted the sign on and then provided details of how the sign would look/fit on the wall. That was such a huge help! The sign came packaged very securely and padded. All the hardware to hang the sign and instructions were provided. They were easy to follow and I definitely appreciated how easy the whole process was. Thank you again! =)
