However, I think there is room for some improvement, especially in enabling the writer to be able to communicate more effectively with the people who work with Daniel, including the case manager and the editor. GBI would not give this company any stars I would not give this company any stars! Not only did they not follow through on their contractual promises, but when I disputed the charges on my credit card they falsified emails and documents to dispute my claim. Luckily, I was able to provide proof of their deceit and lack of performance. I would however, give 5 stars to Amazon Smart Marketing for the incredible marketing job for my book.
