Low-quality design. Lack of communication. Doesn't honor refund policy. BEWARE! Their designers simply took stock graphics from other sites and recycled them for me. Practically 0 communication. Disappointed and frustrated I requested a full refund because I was still within the 14-day trial. Guess what they said? They can't refund me because I "Approved" a design. WARNING, their platform basically forces you to approve a design in order to start something else. Fraudulent method to scam people into negating an ambiguous refund policy that's not written anywhere on your site except hidden in your FAQ. I actually wanted to eventually circle back and give them another try if it weren't for their predatory scam tactics.
