The support has been very reactive to me and treated an issue related to my account in less than a day.

There have been bugs, yes, but they have addressed most of them, and the platform it's a must in my case, where I work with e-commerce. This product just doesn't work When you download your creations they don't look the same as what you have created on the website! Also often text just dissappears and changes are sometimes not saved. I have kept hoping that the creators would fix these issues, but it is just consistently awful and unreliable to use. Extremely dissappointed and will neve be using this product again.
