I don’t usually write reviews but I… I don’t usually write reviews but I just don’t want this to happen to other people. Soymedical is very misleading. Amazon should not allow them to sell on their website. They have five-star hybrid notebook binders advertised for $18.96 for one pack. (Pack does not mean one notebook). I ordered what I thought was two packs of six. because that is what the picture shows. But only two notebooks were delivered. Amazon is great they refunded my money. And I was able to keep the two that they sent me. Soymedical should pay for their mistakes not Amazon. You might think this is minor because its a notebook but they are hard to find and expensive. Walmart has them only when school starts. Shipment is very little. So when I seen this deal I jumped right on it and brought two packs.(well…what I thought was two packs) Next time It might be something more serious and expensive and you may not be able to get your money back . That’s why I am writing this review. It’s not fair that companies are false advertising and taking our money. They are great binders. But order them from somewhere else not from Soymedical.

BEWARE SOY MEDICAL WHEN CHECKING FOR MY ORDER, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ONLINE TRACKING WERE DISCONNECTED AS OF 12/27/16. THEIR WEBSITE IS STILL UP AND TAKING ORDERS ON-LINE. HOWEVER, THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT COMPANY! RIPP OFF? OUT OF BUSINESS? LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS TRYING THIS WAY TO CONTACT THEM.
