UPDATED I do not have the product yet but the… I do not have the product yet but the design tool was useless with android, and save work feature didn't work on laptop. I ended up ordering the most basic looking sign because I couldn't use the design tool UPDATE I received my banner yesterday and the quality of the vinyl is exceptionally heavy, it has reinforced edges, brass grommets etc. I will use Best Of Signs again.

This company is a scam This company is a scam. Ordered online on 3/22/24 because I saw they had an actual local presence. Paid for expedited shipping and label wasn't even created until 3/27/24 with an estimated delivery date of 4/1/24. I am still unable to get any useful information from these people. They consistently want to send me the Fedex tracking number and Fedex has no record of ever receiving a package from them. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!! Edit 4/16/24: After writing this review, I finally gained some traction with getting assistance and a refund. The product also finally showed up; however, rejected it.

Great service Great service, I messed up on a sign after uploading it and i was able to resend a new one in it's place. Then this morning customer wanted to add another banner, chat did that for me.!!! THANK YOU Excellent customer service!!!! I have used them many times now and will continue to!!!!

I had to send email and wait for response. shipping was paid for priority and did not arrive priority. asked for refund. Response was expected and just excuses review will stand
