Bad support and bad website Bad support and bad website. They won’t activate my account even after proof of payment and they won’t refund the money.. They say my account is active, yet I never downloaded anything, cause it never worked.. Also, you get a million emails from Infografolio after signing up. What a scam

Experienced Sr. Presentation Specialist Highly Impressed! I'm a Sr. Presentation Specialist and for the past 25 years, I have produced 25K+ PowerPoint slides for various international consulting firms. Naturally, I was fascinated with Infograpify's recent ads with already-made templates. I signed up yesterday because I needed a certain type of slides quickly, and I knew I'll be reusing them on a regular basis. I'm blown away not only with Infograpify's massive volume of high-quality & ready-to-use PowerPoint slides & icons but also their quick speedy responses when I reach out to them on FB & Messenger. I highly, highly recommend Infograpify for ALL experienced Presentation Specialists!

I have the same issue in accessing the content after payment Edit: Thank you. The issue has been rectified. There appeared to be a time delay. Thank you for your prompt response. I have the same issue in accessing the templates after payment. When creating an account in the email received, the pop up box states to use the' same email address used at checkout to access your content' This appears to be inconsistent with the advice given to customers in previous reviews where you advise to use a different email account. Please rectify.

Great PPT decks. Worth it :) Guys - So the powerpoints are really good and I'm having fun checking them all out! Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Infograpify ;) Please note - I've seen a few comments about folks not being able to log in to download the templates. I emailed support and then received notice that my account was active and the login details. It worked fine after that. Hope his helps. :)

Excellent graphics, excellent service! Excellent set of templates on an ever growing library that gets better every time I check it! Compatible with all the platforms you’d need to use them on. Great time saver, great value, excellent service and support. Highly recommended!
