Rude customer service, shady practice Beware, they can cancel orders at will and leave you in the dark. I placed some orders with an advertised coupon and kept getting cancelled. They gave excuses of invalid phone number but I suspect the real reason was because prices were too low after coupon. And since when do merchants have to call customers in order to process an order with credit card? I had to email to find out status of my orders only to meet awful customer service which doesn't show any interest in getting your orders. They lied about emailing me asking for permission to cancel and insinuate me of credit card fraud. Their mall store is just as bad, making me fight for a legit return with receipt that was bought 5 mins prior. I will never buy or recommend anyone of perfume emporium.
