Comfortable shirts. -

Good Customer Service I ordered tshirts too late to receive them in time for my VBS. I liked that they had really good and prompt customer service to address my concerns. They went through several options with me to find a plan that eventually worked for me.

Great--This is the way for us to go from now on This was the prefect solution for our VBS needs which include shirts in about 7 different colors. The shirts we great, everyone loved them. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was mainly on our end. We put in our order too late so had to pay a lot for express shipping. Now that we know the timeline (we also had to deal with less business days due to the 4th of July) we will take care of it sooner.

Customer service is phenomenal, as are the t-shirts, deserving 10 stars! We've used VBS T-shirts for two years now. Don, Karen and Josh respond quickly, gladly make changes to designs until it's just what you want, and the turn around on the order is fantastic! The printing has been perfect with no flaws or errors and the t-shirts themselves are a nice quality. It's the best customer service I've experienced anywhere!

BEST of the BEST!!! This organization is TOP NOTCH! I've used them for three years now; they "saved the day" for us when we were in a pinch the first time around, and they've continued to raise the bar as far as customer service goes. Unfortunately, this has caused me frustration now when I work with other companies for other things in life, because NOBODY else operates with the same stellar service as these people do. They answer every email almost always the same day, and they go above and beyond to make sure we have exactly what we want with every communication. We are not just another order to them - they treat us as though we are their ONLY customer. You'd be foolish to go elsewhere for your t-shirts!
