BEST of the BEST!!! This organization is TOP NOTCH! I've used them for three years now; they "saved the day" for us when we were in a pinch the first time around, and they've continued to raise the bar as far as customer service goes. Unfortunately, this has caused me frustration now when I work with other companies for other things in life, because NOBODY else operates with the same stellar service as these people do. They answer every email almost always the same day, and they go above and beyond to make sure we have exactly what we want with every communication. We are not just another order to them - they treat us as though we are their ONLY customer. You'd be foolish to go elsewhere for your t-shirts!

Outstanding company to work with! I found VBS T-shirts about six years ago when I was trying to find affordable, creative T shirts that reflected both our VBS theme and our church's name. On a whim I googled "VBS tshirts" and was surprised to find a company dedicated to this market actually existed. What a great group of people to work with! They are easy to reach by phone and e-mail; they actually answer the phone if you want to talk about an idea or have a question, they create fantastic designs, they work with you to make everything fit your budget, and everything has always arrived exactly when promised, not a small feat considering they are shipping our shirts from the West Coast to the East Coast. I highly recommend VBS T shirts.

We were WOWED once again!'n I am always awed by the talent in creating an idea and seeing the final product just the way it was envisioned. The timeliness in getting our shirts literally across the country in a matter of days was beyond my expectations. I LOVE Impact Shirts, will continue to send them my business and highly recommend them to anyone who needs shirts for their event. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!! Debbie

Great--This is the way for us to go from now on This was the prefect solution for our VBS needs which include shirts in about 7 different colors. The shirts we great, everyone loved them. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was mainly on our end. We put in our order too late so had to pay a lot for express shipping. Now that we know the timeline (we also had to deal with less business days due to the 4th of July) we will take care of it sooner.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! I accidentally came across the website when I was googling shirt designs. I think it was a God thing because the previous company I ordered from was getting out of their business. I definitely recommend this company and am already planning to order all my future shirt needs from them! I loved the customer service! Everyone was so helpful and just pleasant to deal with!
