Cannot live up to their stated timelines Their website advertised same day printing and shipping for certain sizes before the holidays and they have done neither. Communication with them has resulted in one email response and no order update. After 9 days, they are still offering same day printing and shipping even though they haven’t fulfilled my order. I understand small businesses are busy around the holidays, but I only chose them for their claims of same day service. The site feels more like a scam than an actual company.

Great customer support My order was marked as delivered but I never received it. Not sure what went wrong but it was on UPS’s side not customprinthaus. Customprinthaus stayed in contact with me and were able to send another product free of charge which was successfully delivered and was of high quality.

I ordered some prints and frames online…and I wasn't disappointed! I ordered some prints and frames online from Customprinthaus and was very happy with the results. The quality of prints is very good, the frame color was as expected, and very light weight. If I could recommend a small improvement, it would be to include the option for a mat around the print to give the picture/print more significance. Delivery was Excellent. Easy ordering and great selection. Yes I'd recommend.

Mid. done delivered my package to the wrong f-ing house. Slow ass hell customer service. One time courtesy for a replacement package which made me rate it one more star, but they decided to tell me that after f-ing week for a reply back. Mid godamn site dont let me type curse words

My favorite poster shop 🖤 I love this poster company I have ordered before with them and no problems, I would have given it 5 stars but after this ordered I made I didn’t get the item’s size right I ordered a 24x36 and instead got a 12x18, I have contacted them about this but have been waiting 3 DAYS!! for a response and nothing. Customer service needs to be better. EDIT: I received my poster after them responding I honestly loved it the quality was just as good as expected would buy again
