I still have not received my product a… I still have not received my product a month after ordering.

After a month of dealing with customer service, I still don’t have my product I don’t usually do bad reviews, and I try to be patient and understanding, because I understand things happen. But I ordered this product almost a month ago, and paid for expedited shipping, which was an additional $15. I have reached out several times to the company. It takes forever for them to respond, and when they do it’s “I don’t know why your order didn’t actually ship, let me looking into it.” Or “let me reach out to the warehouse and see what is going on”. And then nothing gets done and you never hear back from them. So… at this point I am out $65 and still haven’t gotten my product. It’s been a joke dealing with this, and at this point if they can’t figure out how to send a product out, hopefully they can figure out how to refund, and it doesn’t take a month. Save yourself the headache…
