This company should be out of business This company should be out of business. they have the worst customer service. they do not answer phones and they could care less when they mess up. packages are often delivered late if at all. Yet you always see them posting on social media new launches. If I could give them a 0 star I would. 100% do no recommend

Shipping and Customer Service There are two main areas where this company can improve. The first is shipping and the other is customer service. I placed an order weeks ago and the tracking isn’t even being updated at this point. I called customer service and the representative was completely unhelpful and seemed to not know what was going on or how to find out. I was honestly shocked at how clueless she was. As of today, I still don’t have my order and I’ve lost faith in customer services ability to resolve issues. This is my second and likely last order. Apres, your company would benefit from training your agents and analyzing your shipping process.

wonderful company Apres is a reliable, quality brand. I’ve Been using their products for over a year now and I love everything if the product is ruined and I contact the company they replace it right away. Everything that I’ve purchased has perfect formula which giving me the ability to provide beautiful Manicurist for my clients.

Products are phenomenal, BUT... Products are phenomenal. Haven't had an issue yet. Their Aer Gel system is solid, and the Gel-X is as original as it can get. My main issue is their customer service. It seems like most companies forget what "customer service" was all about. The customer service staff aren't friendly at all. I get half-a**ed answers from them all the time, which is disappointing for a company that's leading the industry in product innovation. Also, when I reach out to their customer support through chat or email, it takes almost 48 hours to get somewhat of a response. That's pretty terrible... I do have confidence that they can turn this around, but the question is, will they?
