TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICY I’m surprised with the policy of return and refund from this company along with the customer service. They sent me wrong item and I asked for a refund with prepaid label for the wrong item was sent. They refused to pay the shipping cost and said the system doesn't allow modify the order or pay for the return shipping. Customer services is very rude with ridiculous policy. This is my first time order directly from Apres and I'm not gonna purchase again in the future. This is not type of business that we should support with this type attitude. Terrible experiences

Item issue Long story short. There is no return policy. It is a no-no for online shopper. Avoid at all cost.

Trustworthy I've bought a lot of stuff and everytime it arrives quickly to Chile. Anytime there's a problem with an order they fix it right away and they don't make any problems as other websites. I've reached support several times and they always answer kindly and try to answer any question or problem that I have. I'll continue buying my stuff here, thank you Apres for your quality and good service ♡

wonderful company Apres is a reliable, quality brand. I’ve Been using their products for over a year now and I love everything if the product is ruined and I contact the company they replace it right away. Products are phenomenal, BUT... Products are phenomenal. Haven't had an issue yet. Their Aer Gel system is solid, and the Gel-X is as original as it can get. My main issue is their customer service. It seems like most companies forget what "customer service" was all about. The customer service staff aren't friendly at all. I get half-a**ed answers from them all the time, which is disappointing for a company that's leading the industry in product innovation. Also, when I reach out to their customer support through chat or email, it takes almost 48 hours to get somewhat of a response. That's pretty terrible... I do have confidence that they can turn this around, but the question is, will they?
