GBProducts are phenomenal, BUT... Products are phenomenal. Haven't had an issue yet. Their Aer Gel system is solid, and the Gel-X is as original as it can get. My main issue is their customer service. It seems like most companies forget what "customer service" was all about. The customer service staff aren't friendly at all. I get half-a**ed answers from them all the time, which is disappointing for a company that's leading the industry in product innovation. Also, when I reach out to their customer support through chat or email, it takes almost 48 hours to get somewhat of a response. That's pretty terrible... I do have confidence that they can turn this around, but the question is, will they?

GBLacking complete communication. Ridiculous I ordered 2 nail sets and they came with it 4 days. Had them for a entire 24 hours before I even got the email that they were shipped I ordered more stuff cause I saw that the first ones I ordered came in and it wasn’t a scam. I ordered 200 dollars more stuff and now online they both say fulfilled but have not received them and have got a shipment number but it’s invalid on ups. Just annoying when you order something online and you are lead a stray with not knowing. Apres make most of there sales online you would think they’d be more efficient with how much they charge for there products. Apres nails, DO BETTER!

GBShipping and Customer Service There are two main areas where this company can improve. The first is shipping and the other is customer service. I placed an order weeks ago and the tracking isn’t even being updated at this point. I called customer service and the representative was completely unhelpful and seemed to not know what was going on or how to find out. I was honestly shocked at how clueless she was. As of today, I still don’t have my order and I’ve lost faith in customer services ability to resolve issues. This is my second and likely last order. Apres, your company would benefit from training your agents and analyzing your shipping process.

GRYou are honestly the best company in… You are honestly the best company in the nail industry. Your quality is unlike any other company, as well as the unique ideas and designs in terms of nails. Also the customer service is excellent, i sent email and straight they answered me. Again thank you very much for your prompt service and resolution of the problem.

GBTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICY I’m surprised with the policy of return and refund from this company along with the customer service. They sent me wrong item and I asked for a refund with prepaid label for the wrong item was sent. They refused to pay the shipping cost and said the system doesn't allow modify the order or pay for the return shipping. Customer services is very rude with ridiculous policy. This is my first time order directly from Apres and I'm not gonna purchase again in the future. This is not type of business that we should support with this type attitude. Terrible experiences
