I’ve Been using their products for over a year now and I love everything if the product is ruined and I contact the company they replace it right away. Everything that I’ve purchased has perfect formula which giving me the ability to provide beautiful Manicurist for my clients.

Shipping and Customer Service There are two main areas where this company can improve. The first is shipping and the other is customer service. I placed an order weeks ago and the tracking isn’t even being updated at this point. I called customer service and the representative was completely unhelpful and seemed to not know what was going on or how to find out. I was honestly shocked at how clueless she was. As of today, I still don’t have my order and I’ve lost faith in customer services ability to resolve issues. This is my second and likely last order. Apres, your company would benefit from training your agents and analyzing your shipping process.

Also the customer service is excellent, i sent email and straight they answered me. Again thank you very much for your prompt service and resolution of the problem.

Issues with delivery I placed my order on August 8 and so far I have not received my parcel.
