GBShipping and Customer Service There are two main areas where this company can improve. The first is shipping and the other is customer service. I placed an order weeks ago and the tracking isn’t even being updated at this point. I called customer service and the representative was completely unhelpful and seemed to not know what was going on or how to find out. I was honestly shocked at how clueless she was. As of today, I still don’t have my order and I’ve lost faith in customer services ability to resolve issues. This is my second and likely last order. Apres, your company would benefit from training your agents and analyzing your shipping process.

CLTrustworthy I've bought a lot of stuff and everytime it arrives quickly to Chile. Anytime there's a problem with an order they fix it right away and they don't make any problems as other websites. I've reached support several times and they always answer kindly and try to answer any question or problem that I have. I'll continue buying my stuff here, thank you Apres for your quality and good service ♡

GBLacking complete communication. Ridiculous I ordered 2 nail sets and they came with it 4 days. Had them for a entire 24 hours before I even got the email that they were shipped I ordered more stuff cause I saw that the first ones I ordered came in and it wasn’t a scam. I ordered 200 dollars more stuff and now online they both say fulfilled but have not received them and have got a shipment number but it’s invalid on ups. Just annoying when you order something online and you are lead a stray with not knowing. Apres make most of there sales online you would think they’d be more efficient with how much they charge for there products. Apres nails, DO BETTER!

GBDidn’t receive order and can’t get a refund! I was really looking forward to getting this kit and finally decided to splurge on it. Probably would have been awesome but unfortunately half of it (both boxes of tips) were not delivered. Customer service is prompt at responding, but completely unhelpful. They have to do an inventory which takes 5 business days, which I totally understand. However, their tone is accusatory and they have denied my request to purchase new tips at my expense and have them grant expedited shipping. I finally got so frustrated with this whole mess that I asked to have return labels sent to me after the investigation so that I could just return everything I received and be done with it - but this company does not allow returns or exchanges for any reason! They said they’d make a one time exception for me though, but I’d have to pay shipping. I am just really at a loss for words. I’ve never heard of a company not allowing returns or exchanges, especially since it’s only been 2 weeks, I have a receipt and everything is unopened/in original packaging. I had such high hopes and thought I was dealing with a high end company, but obviously not.
