Waste of money My printer came late. When I got it I couldn't use it. The software didn't work for my laptop. When I finally got it to print something the paper feed stop working. DONT BUY THIS PRINTER

Early arrival and everything was in… Early arrival and everything was in great condition. Only wish it came with instructions but other than that I’m printing proudly.

Customer service and prices are pretty… Customer service and prices are pretty good on the site. Most of the systems are the kind of printers that it's hard to get support on. So , that was definitely a good point. Overall it's a good site and good support.
