Horribly Rude and Unprofessional. This is probably the most unprofessional, rude "customer service" I have ever received. A representative had responded to a request last month that I had made a while ago, back when my business partner and I were trying to get a website up for our business. When he called me, I told him at the time that we weren't really looking anymore for a website, as my job had cut my hours to the point I couldn't even afford my rent. He insisted on checking in at a later time anyway, and I said fine, whatever. About three weeks ago or so, I was hospitalized for a full week due to a chronic illness that, when I have complications, If I do not immediately seek medical treatment, can result in death. Now, if any of you know how expensive hospital stays can be, you know it can be extremely expensive, especially for someone with a limited fund already. I also unfortunately am no longer employed with the company I was working with before. I explained to him when he texted me today to check in, that I had been hospitalized due to a chronic illness and, in paying for that, am unable to have the funds for this at this time still. His response was extremely rude and unprofessional. When contacting potential clients/customers about a potential job, I highly recommend not being aggressive/pushy when they say no, as well as not being unprofessional/rude. I have documented the conversation and have screenshots available for view on my Google review as well. EDIT: The Company head reached out to me despite telling them not to contact me anymore, and asked me to delete my reviews because he said they made the business look bad, and they had fired the Representative. Unfortunately for him, I'm not the type of person who takes kindly to being harassed.
