GBDisappointed I have never written a bad review but has anyone else been as unhappy with the new owner of BareMinerals as I have. Since Orveon acquired BareMInerals I have had to wait 5 months to use my "Diamond status Good Rewards and I noticed that my previous total had been reduced by about 1000 points and my purchases made since January 1, 2023 do not show on my Good Rewards nor my order history. Very disappointed in BareMInerals and how they have treated their long time customers. I have not been able to get an explanation from their customer service.

GBThe sight is very hard to navigate The sight is very hard to navigate. It constantly glitches. Also they’re always out of stock. I like the make up but will not buy from their site.

GBOrdered products at end of November as… Ordered products at end of November as UK stores are constantly out of stock. First parcel despatched for delivery by Royal Mail at start of their strike. Waited over 2 weeks so asked for replacement parcel by different courier or full refund. Replacement sent again by Royal Mail in midst of another strike! Will not be ordering on line again and shall now insist on full refund

GBTerrible experience ordering on the… Terrible experience ordering on the Bareminerals website. My order took 1 month to arrive. The tracking information was difficult to find in their confirmation email. Tracking information was slow/inaccurate. When the items arrived, they didn’t work for me and I wanted to return the items. I contacted customer service and have not received any response back. Their website makes it sound like they’ll be very accommodating to returns. Total lies. Do yourself a favor and order their products from Ulta or Sephora instead.

GBCan’t get them to remove me from rewards and email I do not use these product but went into a store to purchase a gift card for someone. The sales person told me she had to have my email address to complete the purchase. She actually apparently signed me up for their rewards program. I started receiving emails updating my rewards status. They have a link to contact them to remove you from this program and the emails. I have contacted them multiple times over the last year requesting they remove me from this program and their email list since I never signed up. They always respond that they will take care of it but it’s obviously lies because I still continue getting these emails that I am still in the rewards program. I will never be a customer based on this horrible customer service experience with them.
