I may never get my product Ordered product in Nov. received the wrong product in Dec. Tried to call about 5 times and was told that the system was down due to upgrades. Finally another month later in Jan, I reached someone who said they'd fulfill the order with the correct color. Now it's another month later in Feb., and I still have not product. On hold now to try and get it shipped. Ridiculous! I'll be shocked if I ever get the product.

I started using bareMinerals in high… I started using bareMinerals in high school. It was the only foundation that didn’t clog my pores or break me out so I continued to use it. I still am a loyal customer.

Can't get a Refund Can't get a Refund. I quickly returned the product that I ordered on-line using the Fedex return label. My refund request was delayed for months even after repeatedly contacting the company. Now they won't provide a refund because I have since closed the account I used to pay for the purchase. Why can't a large company provide a refund?

Ordered products at end of November as… Ordered products at end of November as UK stores are constantly out of stock. First parcel despatched for delivery by Royal Mail at start of their strike. Waited over 2 weeks so asked for replacement parcel by different courier or full refund. Replacement sent again by Royal Mail in midst of another strike! Will not be ordering on line again and shall now insist on full refund
