I find it appalling that Plexaderm… I find it appalling that Plexaderm didn't have the intestinal fortitude to respond to the Black women who reviewed their product. I will never try it for that reason...a company who ONLY welcome White customers even those who exclaim their product is "horrible." You be the judge!!!

I've been using this product for… I've been using this product for several years! It does exactly what its supposed to do..I had a problem with the pump and customer service was great! First they told me how to prime the bottle and when that didn't work they offered to ship me out a new and improved bottle FREE of charge...Customer service was great! Your Face needs to be clean and dry before makeup is applied...Put a thin layer under your eyes, follow the instructions, dont move around until it dries completely approx 10 minutes to see the full affect!

Bought the trial package of 6 little pods Bought the trial package of 6 little pods for $14.99. Each pod is enough for both undereyes. Followed the directions to a T. Unfortunately this product did not work for me - at all. And the bags under my eyes are really not bad either but I wanted them to go away on special occasions, so Plexaderm seemed to be a good answer. The product I received is a light orange beige (peachy) color. When it dried and then ultimately flaked off, it was peachy colored flakes, not white flakes as others have mentioned. I did not put any foundation, concealer, or anything else under and around my eyes at all because I wanted to see the product work in the 10 minutes as advertised - nothing happened so I tried another pod and applied as directed. Nothing. No tightening, no diminishing of the dark circles, the little bags remained and I was disappointed but not really surprised. Very rarely do over the counter products do what they claim. It’s good though that Plexaderm does the little 6 trial pods for $14.99. That’s not a bad price, but they could do better for a tiny trial package. Maybe it actually does work for some, but not only did I NOT see any diminishing of my little bags in 10 minutes, although I did feel a tiny bit of a pull, the stuff started flaking off in about 30 minutes. My face was clean and dry when I did the applications. I cannot recommend this product based upon my experience with it.

I was amazed at the incredible, immediate results! I was amazed at the incredible and immediate results I saw when I used Plexaderm for the first time. I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical at first, but once I saw how the product worked, I was so excited. I used it to minimize the dark circles/bags under my eyes, and just like the directions say, after about 5-10 minutes, they were completely GONE! It literally took years off my face. Initially, I told myself that I would only use Plexaderm for special occasions, but now I find myself applying it anytime I leave the house because I love the way it makes me look younger and fresher and that's the way I want to be seen by everyone!

NOT FOR AFRICAN AMERICANS OR PPL OF COLOR The product seemed to reduce the puffiness under my eyes however, it left a dark color under my eyes. Tried applying multiple times according to the instructions with no success. It still left the dark color under my eyes. I am a woman of color & reading the reviews from other people of color we’re all experiencing the same issue.
