GBI reviewed the ratings after your… I reviewed the ratings after your response to Dollie. What you said about your answering the concerns of Black users in this forum is totally untrue. I considered purchasing your product, but I will not because I don't trust your company.

GBWorks to a degree. Worked much better at first than after a year or so. I was really pleased to see that it made a huge difference at first. It has its weaknesses, though. You have to figure out how much and how to apply. Ive wasted MUCH trying to re apply it just right. Lately though even though I continue to apply on a clean, dry face, it is just not working, or barely working. I am not getting good results. So I am disappointed at having diminishing returns. Is there a reason that it would just stop working? I will be searching for a better product of this kind.

GBI've been using this product for… I've been using this product for several years! It does exactly what its supposed to do..I had a problem with the pump and customer service was great! First they told me how to prime the bottle and when that didn't work they offered to ship me out a new and improved bottle FREE of charge...Customer service was great! Your Face needs to be clean and dry before makeup is applied...Put a thin layer under your eyes, follow the instructions, dont move around until it dries completely approx 10 minutes to see the full affect!

GBPlexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum...Save your money Spend less money on deceptive and wasteful packaging and instead increase the amount of Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum in the container. I felt cheated before I even tried product based on the deceitful packaging and minuscule amount of serum. Tried it once, and I’m not impressed. More serum product in container would make me feel as if I were less cheated.

GBWhy Black and Brown people should not buy this product. You get no response to your review. I haven't used the product, I'm researching to product to see if I should use it. And so far, while I have read the first page of Trustpilot reviews, I notice that a response from Plexaderm is given to all reviews of its products except for the reviews coming from the three black women that have commented on the product so far. Why is that??? Does black people deserve not to be responded to their reviews? This is probably why this product has so many bad reviews.
