Has so many good reviews out there, but not for me. It's not the company, but the product. I tried the trial version that seemed to work initially, however when I purchased the tube later, it seemed to make my dark under eyes worse, and my puffiness worse. :(. I'm not sure if it matters if you use the tube or trial capsules, but unfortunately, I can't get it to work for me.

Bait & Switch ???? Ordered one of their packages on their Canadian Website. The total dollar cost had the letters CDN beside the amount. However, only recently noticed that they converted the cost to US DOLLARS for $170.76. This seems like the “bait and switch” scam some retailers have used. SO BE CAREFUL everyone.

Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum...Save your money Spend less money on deceptive and wasteful packaging and instead increase the amount of Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum in the container. I felt cheated before I even tried product based on the deceitful packaging and minuscule amount of serum. Tried it once, and I’m not impressed. More serum product in container would make me feel as if I were less cheated.

Horrible product packaging I have purchased Plexaderm in the past, I found the product tightened up my under eye puffiness. The packaging is another story.... the tiny little tubes are VERY difficult to manipulated to remove the product. My fingers are not strong enough to pressure the contents out, so I end up cutting the tube open. The tiny tubes are a waste of plastic and product. Bring back the pump bottle.

NOT FOR AFRICAN AMERICANS OR PPL OF COLOR The product seemed to reduce the puffiness under my eyes however, it left a dark color under my eyes. Tried applying multiple times according to the instructions with no success. It still left the dark color under my eyes. I am a woman of color & reading the reviews from other people of color we’re all experiencing the same issue.
