MXIt took a month to get my labels, they said 2 days! At their publicity Sprink says that will make you arrive your labels in 2 days. I placed my order on december the 8th, I got the labels until january the 6th!!!! From the 12th Dec it was difficult to communicate, the person that answers the phone, chat and e-mails went on vacation and NOBODY was replacing her. Its supposedly a matter of the delivery, they could never give me the guide number so I could check and reclaim the package (there was 1 digit missing and never appear...), it just didn´t arrive, no one to talk to, no guide number.... Until January the 3th they answered the phone and the person got to make another order of labels, she said I could keep the labels if arrived... I feel no reparation at all, the damage was important since I was expecting to sell for christmas and new years eve. Reprinting and sending the thing again was the least that could be maid, just to keep the work done. I talked to people from estafeta, (once I got the new package, having some more info) and they respond that they sent back the package, I called the person and she said they were too busy to care about me anymore: got my labels, are they pretty? done.... I think this is not right, in case they actually printed my labels twice they should make them arrive to me, since it should be garbage for anyone else... At any case, there should be a better online attention and not depend on one person, even less at someone during their vacations... If the selling idea is to make the printing fast and good and no problem with doing everything online, then the support should be guaranteed and not to fail for almost one month a year. If estafeta is not giving a good service then stop working with them and look for alternatives.....
