GBPoor Delivery Everything was good with the exception that I had called on the 19th when I placed the order to ensure ground delivery would arrive before 5/27. I was ensured it would. The packages did not arrive until 5/31 but I was never contacted by the freight company. I ended up having to call them myself and had to drive 2.5 hours to the facility and pick them up myself as they said they could not deliver until 6/2 and my event started on 6/2. I picked them up myself on 6/1 in order to have set up in time.

GBThe service and product have been fine… The service and product have been fine so far. My only disappointment is being charged for a residential delivery to a commercial address. Something in their system is off and not being addressed properly.
