Excellent Customer Service For some reason an address from 5 years ago was autofilled by Square into the shipping address, which I didn't catch until my order was shipped and I was expecting to receive it. Most likely because after I filled in my current info, I checked the box for shipping same as billing and although I switched the selected expired credit card to a current one, it must have changed the address without my realizing it. ANYWAY...this was through no fault of Fund Ventures, however Jennifer and Jonathan worked to find a solution for me, which I feel really went above and beyond. I had only requested they notify me if the order was returned to them. They were willing to take a loss, which most businesses would not do. I placed a new order and I am very happy with the hoodies and t-shirt we received. Thank you, Jennifer and Jonathan for excellent customer service and merchandise.
