I ordered perfume in October and still… I ordered perfume in October 10th and its December 15th still haven't recieved I still say website is SCAM if it isn't then how come I've not recieved my order or a refund for that case..I emailed them and didn't hear anything back

Scam!!! I’ve ordered a perfume as a Xmas present back in November and up until now not received it and not even heard anything about the order status. Contacted them via email, via the form in their website and via WhatsApp using their phone No. provided and got no response! Please be aware and do not use this company!!!

I HAVE FINALLY RECEIVED THE ORDER. FAKE PERFUME After some stressful experience and thinking that I had lost my money, I finally received the order today (3 months later). At least I wasn't scammed, so let me increase the rating. However, this perfume is fake. It doesn't last an hour and the smell is not the same as the original. Rather spend few more bucks then buying those perfumes.

Don't make an orders there ok, my experience is: I ordered there three perfumes The Night (Frederic Malle), Naxos (Xerjoff), Laylati (Sospiro). Finally I got a delivery in three weeks with those three bottles but with some fake inside. There were not perfumes inside of the bottles, just cheap smelling liquid, complete fake. Finally I paid 220€ just for a bottles. Don't make same mistake please.

Made my first purchase with them but not the last Made my first purchase with them. Everything went well...just 4 days for order processing and then 12 days more the get the package delivered to my place. I got two mails from them, the second including tracking code. Perfect items ( i bought Montale). What to say....THAT'S THE WAY TO GO! I will definitely buy again from PerfumesDutyFree. THANKS A LOT!
