I ordered perfume in October and still… I ordered perfume in October 10th and its December 15th still haven't recieved I still say website is SCAM if it isn't then how come I've not recieved my order or a refund for that case..I emailed them and didn't hear anything back

After a long time they responded in October, referring that the company is/was facing some situation, but everything is solved, and they would delivery my items in less than 15days.
