Excellent Service and Timeliness The Design Flit team went above and beyond in helping create out new logo. The team was accomodating to the numerous changes we submitted and were always on top of things and very responsive. The timeliness and excellent customer service was very much appreciated. What a great experience What a great experience. I asked and they delivered a top notch, professional looking logo. My representative Luke R. was very understanding to my wants and needs. He not only listened to my thoughts, but he actually heard what I was asking for. And the process took just a little over a day from start to finish. Thank you Luke!

5 star service and design work ! Returning customer for different branding. Fantastic service and excellent designs would not go anywhere else for design work. Luke Redding was who we dealt with- very professional, timely and friendly! Highly recommend thank you once again much appreciated!

Worst ever I started with this company about a year ago. I purchased logos, websites , menus and business cards, hosting , domain & etc zThey have made a lot of money off of me. However in the beginning when they want you to buy something they show so much care and affection and listening to your needs but when it comes down to delivering the product they’re the worst at it. They messed up on my menus which they had to resend twice. Then my website which I had paid for over a year still hasn’t been finished. James followed up with me and I kept repeating the same thing over and over about how I want mt website to look and the production team just doesn’t listen. I am still awaiting to receive the final product of my website or for me to have access to it. They’re no where near responsive any longer because they have taken my money. I will report this company toBBC.

The person tried to scam me out of $130… Terrible service. The person tried to scam me out of $130 saying I would need to pay them for a copy right which is against the law for a 3rd party hire to claim copy right. They told me 1 week it went around a month and a half to get a half assed animation. Instead of animating my logo they animated a copyrighted zombie figure. Its an over priced scam.
