GBAmazing live chat service! Amazing! I accidentally ordered a product with the incorrect plug adaption, I was emailing back and forth and didn’t get anywhere. However I decided one last try today using their live chat and it has been resolved just like that. I am being sent out a replacement with the correct outlet, free of charge for my inconvenience of not having it resolved already. I would 100% recommend using this feature. My assistant, Isaac, provided excellent service. Efficient, helpful, polite, understanding. Everything you look for in a customer service assistant. Thanks so much, you completely turned how I felt about the company previously around in just a few minutes. I would highly recommend using this company and their live chat if you have any issues, Isaac resolved my issue immediately and informed me of all I needed to know about the resolution. Thank you!

CAYOUR SIGN NOT TO BUY!!!!! Do not buy!!!! I bought the styler over a month ago. I have had no updates on shipping. No responses to my emails after I have sent countless emails asking about the status of the order. On their site, shipping says it will take 5-7 days……they obviously do not plan on sending anything out to me and I advise you don’t waste your money on this. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Terrible customer service, false advertising and a scam. I cant stress it enough.

NZAVOID THIS COMPANY!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I tried to cancel my order before it shipped as per their website and they refused then quickly printed a shipping label after I asked again so that they can claim it’s already shipped. Submitted a chargeback to my bank as it’s obvious this product is not fit for purpose and a waste of money from a scam company

GBHORRIBLE SCAM COMPANY HORRIBLE SCAM COMPANY - Ordered the 5 in 1. It broke within 10 minutes...could literally hear the motor burn out and it started smoking. Have been going back and forth requesting a return for 2 weeks now. They have quit responding. Have contacted credit card company to dispute. PLEASE don't spend your hard earned money on this junk - completely useless. And regarding your reply below. This is an attempt to save face on a public forum. I do not want another product, I would like my money back. You’ve made it abundantly clear (with your lack of response) that that will not happen. Shame on you.
