Could have been great, but overall disappointed It's been several years since my fat transfer procedure and I can definitely notice a slight improvement in my breast size. However, the results I got were greatly exaggerated by his daughter (my consult person). She told me I would easily go from a small A cup to a very full B and probably a C. She also told me they could take fat from my thighs but on the day of my procedure, Dr. Johnson informed me he could not. I was under the impression that his daughter had the skill to perform the evaluation, but it became clear to me that she was strictly a sales pitch person and they should have had me consult with Dr. Johnson himself on what they could and could not do. Then Immediately after the procedure I was told that they couldn't get enough fat because my fat was "too dense". At my follow up, I made the mistake of expressing my concern that maybe he hadn't taken enough fat (because my stomach was still really fat!) and I expressed that I was a little disappointed with my breast size and Dr. Johnson got very defensive and made a snide remark that I thought I knew better how to do his job than he did. That absolutely was not necessary and in that instant, he lost my respect. Also, they took before pictures and at my follow up, they didn't want to take pictures...I think it was because I was still fat and my breasts were still small. When I came back for my final follow up, I had been on a very strict diet and had lost about 20 pounds and all of a sudden, they remembered that they forgot to take "after" pictures and they wanted to take them...I said No Thanks! So there was some improvement...I would say I went from a very small A cup to possibly a full A cup. I think I paid close to $10,000 and can look back and say my money would have been better spent on implants. Add that to the treatment I received after my procedure and it all left me with a really sick feeling. Instead of wanting to tell everyone I knew how great it all turned out, I was left feeling embarrassed about being so stupid. His daughter told me they didn't have very many "before and after" pics of Dr. Johnson's patients because people won't give their consent for them to use them...I understand why now. Notice that he uses and has used the same pics for many years. Also, the "before and after" pic they did show me (which was amazing) turned out to me someone else's patient...kind of deceitful if you ask me. I actually get nauseous when I see him on TV talking about all his great procedures. I would never be able to recommend him to anyone that I actually liked and that is a shame because I think this procedure has great potential and for those of us who do not want foreign parts floating around in our bodies, it's pretty much the only option for breast enlargement...bummer.

Did not get the results I was told I would get. I had many concerns about my arms. They were flabby. First, they tried to tighten the loose skin with thermage. I did not get the results I wanted so i tried the Smart Lipo. The fat was removed but my arms look worse now than before I got any treatments.

Still Waiting, Still Hopeful The doctor said it would delay the need for hip replacement, and hopefully that will be true for my left hip. I still had to have the right hip replaced. The pain was unbearable, so I got an appointment with an orthopedic sports doctor. They took X-Rays of both hips, and the doctor was shocked at the damage on the right side, was wondering how I was walking. He showed me multiple bone spurs, a hairline fracture, and crumbling of the head of the femur. Dr. Johnson didn't say anything about the bone being involved, or I wouldn't have bothered to have the right hip injected. His nurse that put the IV in took a long time to find a vein, and I got a bad bruise afterward. The orthopedic doctor says that I wasted my money, because I have congenital hip dysplasia on both sides, so we'll see whether the stem cells help the left side enough to just reshape the hip socket, or if I will have to have the joint replaced.

Our experience was very smooth and we are looking forward to the seeing the improvements that occur! We explored many options to my knee pain and decided on Dr. Johnson because after seeing his website and the success stories it seemed like a very good fit.

Should have done pre medication I wish I had done pre meds. It was a very intense procedure and would have been much easier had I insisted on getting premeditated. This was not a cosmetic procedure it was for MS and I am hoping for some good results soon.
