NOT A SCAM but a long delivery time NOT A SCAM!! I placed my order ($115) on 2/16/24 and received my order on 03/25/24. Yes my order took forever to receive but it was well worth the wait. I’ve been using this consistently for two weeks and I have seen amazing results. My skin has cleared up and the dark spots are starting to vanish. I highly recommend!!

I ordered my products from Sugar baby… I ordered my products from Sugar baby at the end of February and I received them at the end of April… about a week ago. Although the delivery took forever I was still excited. However, after using the products for a week my skin is breaking out on my face, neck, chest, and even some in my stomach. I’m so disappointed and I’m waiting to receive a message back about refunds.

This is a fraudulent company This is a fraudulent company. They take your money and you don’t get the product, no correspondence, update nothing except a fake tracking number (so they’re scamming the USPS also) that the post office is providing to them. SCAMS..!!! I’m tired of these pathetic companies taking advantage of people by taking their hard earned money and not providing what they’ve paid for. Try to support small businesses and this is WHY PEOPLE DON’T TRUST USING SMALL BUSINESSES… for these exact reasons. Pitiful….

Buyer Beware I've had a similar experience as a lot of other reviewers. I waited a month for my product with no communication from the company. As soon as I started a dispute with my cc company I suddenly get an email that my product has shipped. Now I've received them but based on the mixed reviews I'm scared to use them. Will never order from them again. Even if the product worked, the wait time makes it a poor purchase.

THIS COMPANY IS WIRE FRAUD SCAMMERS This company is a complete WIRE FRAUD SCAM! I am writing this to forewarn ALL potential customers to do no financial transactions from Sugarbabycare whatsoever! I online ordered on 02/11/24, Order#109550, in amount of $155.99 for items in stock, which prompted an email from them on 02/12/24 confirming paid purchase received, and assurance to notify me of shipping date. I checked back on their site to find a 'suspicious' USPS tracking# 9434611206217618514867, so I called USPS directly and was informed that a package was NEVER brought to process for delivery. I figured Sugarbabycare were overly busy, so i politely waited and waited...NOTHING! I then emailed them on 02/18/2024 asking for status update and they NEVER made any attempts to communicate back, but they kept sending me almost daily text msgs to buy more products! Eventually, I called USPS again, and they reported the same message - no package, no delivery. I then called the number from the text msg: 1-833-568-3809 (always busy) signal. I sent several txt messages, but got no response. I had to take action and call the bank to change my card number and file a FRAUD claim against Sugarbabycare. I've also reported them to the Better Business Bureau for fraudulent wire scam behavior. THEY ARE PURE WIRE FRAUD SCAMMERS.
