So frustrating So frustrating. I cancelled my subscription because I don’t need them all the time. Now I don’t have access to my account to manage the run time. How does that make sense. And of course no way to reach anyone just email.

Don’t Waste Money on the Pura diffuser The device leaked everywhere & ate away & melted the top of my record player. The scents smell nothing like they did once they start diffusing, gave me a headache. Customer service is unhelpful & practically nonexistent. Save your money. Do NOT recommend!!! 😕

Pura is Not Smart My review is not about the service but the actual product. I can say without hesitation that this little device is an unfortunate waste of time, money, patience and sanity. We are a device friendly home but keeping this little nightmare working and on schedule is a very frustrating part-time job. Just buy a regular plug sans app/smart schedule and move on with your life.

Pura - not worth the frustration. There are many issues with this product. Does not work if you have 5G and/or on a mesh network. App continuously crashes and in order to fix issues with your diffuser you must delete app and re-install which then forces you to re-install diffusers. This can happen many times in one day. Once app and diffuser issues seem fixed the scent doesn’t work. It seems any connectivity issues really stop all functionality. To add to the very frustrating experience there are no live customer service people you can talk to. It’s all via email and only during the hours of 8am-5pm MST. Great concept but unfortunately coupled with all issues with two diffusers and one Pura car diffuser I would say save your money.

Customer service is nonexistent Customer service is nonexistent. I ordered early December. Got the diffuser only late December but no fragrances. Its January and still no fragrances; diffuser is useless at this point. I only get automated msgs about being overwhelmed with orders so they are running behind. Ugh!
