GBSo frustrating So frustrating. I cancelled my subscription because I donāt need them all the time. Now I donāt have access to my account to manage the run time. How does that make sense. And of course no way to reach anyone just email.

GBDonāt work after 3 purchases Donāt work after 3 purchases! Pura products are in expensive home goods stores and are 80 each! The refills are running for 18 each. I sadly, bought 3 of these and only one works! The store wouldnāt exchange. I canāt update the app and they keep saying āofflineā. I will never buy a product like this again. Nowhere online or the app does it offer easy solutions. Driving me insane. Iām done.

GBNew scent settings SUCK! I have four Pura diffusers and enjoyed them for almost a year, until they changed the scent settings on their app. You could previously choose a level of 1 to 10. Now, you can only choose three levels: subtle, medium, or strong (and even the subtle is too strong for some oils). Iāve emailed their so-called customer service on multiple occasions and get a generic answer that this new setting is to give the user more flexibility. What a joke! My diffusers are now sucking through one fragrance bottle per week, even on the lowest setting and diffusing intermittently instead of all day. They used to last 2-3 weeks! Obviously itās a gimmick to sell more fragrances. I will be selling all of my diffusers on marketplace, and resuming diffusing essential oils, which is much more cost-effective.

GBPoor customer service I have to agee with what everyone else is saying. Wouldn't take my return saying is wasn't in the 30 day window. Being a new customer, you'd think they would take the return instead of getting a bad review.

GBI used apples hide my email to sign in⦠I used apples hide my email to sign in for an order, I now have a subscription to scents I hate, that I have tried repeatedly to cancel. I receive a verification email code, then the form states āissuesā changing login. 8 times!!! Wrote an email - closed until M-F 8-5. Then maybe donāt advertise at an international level?!
