Don’t Waste Money on the Pura diffuser The device leaked everywhere & ate away & melted the top of my record player. The scents smell nothing like they did once they start diffusing, gave me a headache. Customer service is unhelpful & practically nonexistent. Save your money. Do NOT recommend!!! 😕

The products are great…..IF you get… The products are great…..IF you get ever get them! Orders take a ridiculously long time to ship. I ordered something from their new Met collection and you would think these sets would be ready to go, given the amount of advertising they put into them. However, mine has yet to ship and customer service is like a ghost town. Also, instead of fulfilling current orders, they launch a new product that’s going to take precedence over any existing ones. I wish there was an alternative to this company.

Worth it, I've owned 3 for over a year! I've been ordering from and using Pura smart devices (i have 3) and fragrance for a little over a year. The Pura smart devices have held up with no wear, no malfunction and are still working beautifully. The fragrances can be hit or miss. Some seem to lose their scent despite having half the bottle left which is such a waste (of both plastic and money), others last well into the "empty" phase. Pura always has a coupon deal going on and new scents so my house smells really good all the time for not a horrible amount of money. I love that i can just set up a schedule on my phone and forget about it and the scents will just fill the room. All in all definitely worth having and the company is responsive to feedback when theres any issues.

I used apples hide my email to sign in… I used apples hide my email to sign in for an order, I now have a subscription to scents I hate, that I have tried repeatedly to cancel. I receive a verification email code, then the form states ‘issues’ changing login. 8 times!!! Wrote an email - closed until M-F 8-5. Then maybe don’t advertise at an international level?!

Horrible Horrible, sents are too expensive. Only last 1 week on full, 2weeks on medium and forget about full it last 3 days. Garbage
