GBI'd give minus 5 stars I could I'd give minus 5 stars I could. No phone system and a chat bot that loops. No customer service whatsoever. Can't handle subscribing from a company with no customer service. Bye Pura. You took a great idea and turned it into a complete nightmare. Did you even consult with an user experience person?
Annoyed and Frustrated
GBPura - not worth the frustration. There are many issues with this product. Does not work if you have 5G and/or on a mesh network. App continuously crashes and in order to fix issues with your diffuser you must delete app and re-install which then forces you to re-install diffusers. This can happen many times in one day. Once app and diffuser issues seem fixed the scent doesn’t work. It seems any connectivity issues really stop all functionality. To add to the very frustrating experience there are no live customer service people you can talk to. It’s all via email and only during the hours of 8am-5pm MST. Great concept but unfortunately coupled with all issues with two diffusers and one Pura car diffuser I would say save your money.

GBThey don't care about their customers Placed an order for two new scents. Almost two weeks later they were supposed to be delivered, USPS said that they were delivered but I never received them. I waited a few days to see if they would show up but they never did. I tried to contact customer support but they said it was a USPS issue and I needed to contact them and would need a report from USPS before they would even attempt to resolve. It's ridiculous for a company to require their customers to handle carrier issues. Love the diffuser but will be ordering all future scents from Amazon

GBHorrible Horrible, sents are too expensive. Only last 1 week on full, 2weeks on medium and forget about full it last 3 days. Garbage

GBNot happy at all I'm not sure why I'm bothering based on all the other reviews. Seems like my experience is on par with everyone else. Really disappointed in the business practices of Pura. They charged me for an order several weeks ago and never sent the product. After spending an hour trying to figure out how to contact them I sent an email. Today I learn both fragrances are out of stock. A good business practice would be to let a customer know and not charge them until you actually send the product. Seems deceptive to me.
