GBDon’t Waste Your Money We’ve had 2 diffusers in two rooms for several months now and have been through multiple different scents, but rarely ever smell anything from either. Absolutely not worth the money. Very disappointed. Save your money!

GBUnreliable service The device is fine. App works. Trying to get your subscription scents is a nightmare. Month after month they've charged for products that arrive anywhere from 2-4 weeks after the charges are collected. Never a single response to support inquiries. Terrible customer experience and unreliable provider.

GBI used apples hide my email to sign in… I used apples hide my email to sign in for an order, I now have a subscription to scents I hate, that I have tried repeatedly to cancel. I receive a verification email code, then the form states ‘issues’ changing login. 8 times!!! Wrote an email - closed until M-F 8-5. Then maybe don’t advertise at an international level?!

GBPura is Not Smart My review is not about the service but the actual product. I can say without hesitation that this little device is an unfortunate waste of time, money, patience and sanity. We are a device friendly home but keeping this little nightmare working and on schedule is a very frustrating part-time job. Just buy a regular plug sans app/smart schedule and move on with your life.
