GBPoor customer service I have to agee with what everyone else is saying. Wouldn't take my return saying is wasn't in the 30 day window. Being a new customer, you'd think they would take the return instead of getting a bad review.

GBWorth it, I've owned 3 for over a year! I've been ordering from and using Pura smart devices (i have 3) and fragrance for a little over a year. The Pura smart devices have held up with no wear, no malfunction and are still working beautifully. The fragrances can be hit or miss. Some seem to lose their scent despite having half the bottle left which is such a waste (of both plastic and money), others last well into the "empty" phase. Pura always has a coupon deal going on and new scents so my house smells really good all the time for not a horrible amount of money. I love that i can just set up a schedule on my phone and forget about it and the scents will just fill the room. All in all definitely worth having and the company is responsive to feedback when theres any issues.

GBSo frustrating So frustrating. I cancelled my subscription because I don’t need them all the time. Now I don’t have access to my account to manage the run time. How does that make sense. And of course no way to reach anyone just email.

GBI'd give minus 5 stars I could I'd give minus 5 stars I could. No phone system and a chat bot that loops. No customer service whatsoever. Can't handle subscribing from a company with no customer service. Bye Pura. You took a great idea and turned it into a complete nightmare. Did you even consult with an user experience person?

GBNot happy at all I'm not sure why I'm bothering based on all the other reviews. Seems like my experience is on par with everyone else. Really disappointed in the business practices of Pura. They charged me for an order several weeks ago and never sent the product. After spending an hour trying to figure out how to contact them I sent an email. Today I learn both fragrances are out of stock. A good business practice would be to let a customer know and not charge them until you actually send the product. Seems deceptive to me.
