So frustrating So frustrating. I cancelled my subscription because I don’t need them all the time. Now I don’t have access to my account to manage the run time. How does that make sense. And of course no way to reach anyone just email.

Pura is Not Smart My review is not about the service but the actual product. I can say without hesitation that this little device is an unfortunate waste of time, money, patience and sanity. We are a device friendly home but keeping this little nightmare working and on schedule is a very frustrating part-time job. Just buy a regular plug sans app/smart schedule and move on with your life.

They don't care about their customers Placed an order for two new scents. Almost two weeks later they were supposed to be delivered, USPS said that they were delivered but I never received them. I waited a few days to see if they would show up but they never did. I tried to contact customer support but they said it was a USPS issue and I needed to contact them and would need a report from USPS before they would even attempt to resolve. It's ridiculous for a company to require their customers to handle carrier issues. Love the diffuser but will be ordering all future scents from Amazon

The products are great…..IF you get… The products are great…..IF you get ever get them! Orders take a ridiculously long time to ship. I ordered something from their new Met collection and you would think these sets would be ready to go, given the amount of advertising they put into them. However, mine has yet to ship and customer service is like a ghost town. Also, instead of fulfilling current orders, they launch a new product that’s going to take precedence over any existing ones. I wish there was an alternative to this company.

Don’t Waste Your Money We’ve had 2 diffusers in two rooms for several months now and have been through multiple different scents, but rarely ever smell anything from either. Absolutely not worth the money. Very disappointed. Save your money!
