GBDonât work after 3 purchases Donât work after 3 purchases! Pura products are in expensive home goods stores and are 80 each! The refills are running for 18 each. I sadly, bought 3 of these and only one works! The store wouldnât exchange. I canât update the app and they keep saying âofflineâ. I will never buy a product like this again. Nowhere online or the app does it offer easy solutions. Driving me insane. Iâm done.

GBCustomer service is nonexistent Customer service is nonexistent. I ordered early December. Got the diffuser only late December but no fragrances. Its January and still no fragrances; diffuser is useless at this point. I only get automated msgs about being overwhelmed with orders so they are running behind. Ugh!

GBThe diffuser and the scents are great⌠The diffuser and the scents are great themselves but the scents always arrive late or you donât get one the scents because theyâre sold out but they donât tell you. You canât reach their customer service ever. Itâs been a pain to get in touch with the company. Really unfortunate having this experience.

GBI'd give minus 5 stars I could I'd give minus 5 stars I could. No phone system and a chat bot that loops. No customer service whatsoever. Can't handle subscribing from a company with no customer service. Bye Pura. You took a great idea and turned it into a complete nightmare. Did you even consult with an user experience person?

GBI used apples hide my email to sign in⌠I used apples hide my email to sign in for an order, I now have a subscription to scents I hate, that I have tried repeatedly to cancel. I receive a verification email code, then the form states âissuesâ changing login. 8 times!!! Wrote an email - closed until M-F 8-5. Then maybe donât advertise at an international level?!
