GBNot happy at all I'm not sure why I'm bothering based on all the other reviews. Seems like my experience is on par with everyone else. Really disappointed in the business practices of Pura. They charged me for an order several weeks ago and never sent the product. After spending an hour trying to figure out how to contact them I sent an email. Today I learn both fragrances are out of stock. A good business practice would be to let a customer know and not charge them until you actually send the product. Seems deceptive to me.

GBPoor customer service I have to agee with what everyone else is saying. Wouldn't take my return saying is wasn't in the 30 day window. Being a new customer, you'd think they would take the return instead of getting a bad review.

GBThese are garbage These are garbage. First device worked two weeks and then would not connect to our internet (we are a tech savvy house and have no other issues with other devices) they shipped another one. This device has lasted a little over a month and again will not connect. Waste of time and money.
Annoyed and Frustrated
GBPura - not worth the frustration. There are many issues with this product. Does not work if you have 5G and/or on a mesh network. App continuously crashes and in order to fix issues with your diffuser you must delete app and re-install which then forces you to re-install diffusers. This can happen many times in one day. Once app and diffuser issues seem fixed the scent doesn’t work. It seems any connectivity issues really stop all functionality. To add to the very frustrating experience there are no live customer service people you can talk to. It’s all via email and only during the hours of 8am-5pm MST. Great concept but unfortunately coupled with all issues with two diffusers and one Pura car diffuser I would say save your money.

GBNew scent settings SUCK! I have four Pura diffusers and enjoyed them for almost a year, until they changed the scent settings on their app. You could previously choose a level of 1 to 10. Now, you can only choose three levels: subtle, medium, or strong (and even the subtle is too strong for some oils). I’ve emailed their so-called customer service on multiple occasions and get a generic answer that this new setting is to give the user more flexibility. What a joke! My diffusers are now sucking through one fragrance bottle per week, even on the lowest setting and diffusing intermittently instead of all day. They used to last 2-3 weeks! Obviously it’s a gimmick to sell more fragrances. I will be selling all of my diffusers on marketplace, and resuming diffusing essential oils, which is much more cost-effective.
