Bought my product a month ago Bought my product a month ago . Never received it . The company takes no responsibility and not willing to make sure the customer is happy . 1 month later still no product and No returned funds . When I contacted Natalie she had this to say : I hope this message finds you well. I was at my local Post Office this morning, attempting to rectify an error that originated from your end. During my visit, I learned about the requirement to pay an interception fee to modify the delivery address on this package, and I was fully prepared to cover this cost myself. However, upon my return, I received an email from you that I found to be discourteous and abrupt. Order at your own risk ! I may have lost $30 but this is not a company I would ever do business with .
