AUHighly recommend The Infographia templates have been a massive help for presentations at work and uni. I was a bit skeptical about the price at the beginning, but it has definitely paid off. Great quality and lots of variety. They also provide free updates which are incredible. Highly recommend!

GBGenuine Error Cost me More- poor back up from supplier They say that you can get the measure of a organisation by the way it responds to complaints. So, take care when purchasing as I believe that this company is money grabbing and inflexible! When you click on UNLOCK FULL ACCESS, which you would expect to open a tab which explain what full access is. It doesn’t explain anything annd just adds an item to your trolley. Which is fine, BUT, if you don’t check out and revisit the page it adds another pack to your trolley. I have ADHD and got distracted a couple of times and ended up buying three single licences, which cost me more than the five licences deal! Now, I hear you say, well you ordered them. Which I fully accept was an error on my part, however the attitude of Jason at Infograpia was patronising and unhelpful. The company refuse to refund the difference, which is a shame as I was really looking forward to using the slides. I have raised a query with my credit card company, which may not go anywhere but this company needs to look at the relationship it has with its customers instead of employing sharp practice. Poor show Infograpia.

GBThis company and refund policy is a… This company and refund policy is a joke. Buyer beware there are no refunds. There was some kind of system glitch and they charged me for two licenses. DO NOT BUY THIS!! Go spend your money on Canva!!

DEbad experience by software mistake I booked 2 licenses, even though I use it privately and have no other workplaces to share. I asked to redeem the unnecessary license, which they declined. When I tried to download an item, i was asked to pay another 97$. since 3 days i can't download anything. obviously the software mistake made me pay, but did not fullfill the license in a way it would work. So money gone, no refund, no downloads, and nobody responsible...
