Ok initial download, but the rest is horrible… I have had to create many presentations in my career. I thought that I found a good solution to make it easier. The initial download came with a package of nice graphics and presentations that I can modify, but there was no consistant theme. The images and graphs are still very helpful. But, the real downfall was in the continued new doawloads I still receive. The "free" new presentations look like something out of the early 90'. Very poor designs and images. The only good images and designs are in the initial download. But, you will still spend a lot of time modifying everything. I have now shifted to AI for help. I now question if Infograpia generated their original presentations from AI and the rest are just free crap from the internet....

Inflexible customer care I accidentally purchased the team bundle instead of the individual bundle. So I asked if I could swap to the individual and have the difference refunded. They simply said I could share with four people instead. Awful customer service. It wouldn’t take a second for them to refund the difference. I have no team so have no other people to share the slides with anyway! If I knew their customer service was this bad I would never have considers them in the first place! I suggest you shop elsewhere as it’s a very disappointing experience.

Genuine Error Cost me More- poor back up from supplier They say that you can get the measure of a organisation by the way it responds to complaints. So, take care when purchasing as I believe that this company is money grabbing and inflexible! When you click on UNLOCK FULL ACCESS, which you would expect to open a tab which explain what full access is. It doesn’t explain anything annd just adds an item to your trolley. Which is fine, BUT, if you don’t check out and revisit the page it adds another pack to your trolley. I have ADHD and got distracted a couple of times and ended up buying three single licences, which cost me more than the five licences deal! Now, I hear you say, well you ordered them. Which I fully accept was an error on my part, however the attitude of Jason at Infograpia was patronising and unhelpful. The company refuse to refund the difference, which is a shame as I was really looking forward to using the slides. I have raised a query with my credit card company, which may not go anywhere but this company needs to look at the relationship it has with its customers instead of employing sharp practice. Poor show Infograpia.

These guys are dishonest people These guys are dishonest people. They do impulse sales and don't offer refunds. Everybody offers refunds. They are very heavy on marketing and very low on customer satisfaction. They have no interest in the customers at all. For alternative look at something like slidecow. They offer returns! I was mistaken by the high rating of trustpilot reviews. I am posting with a photo of mine here just to show what kind of people they are.

Great presentations, easy to use... I use Infographic Templates to make impressive presentations. The slides are to use as they are and are easy to mix and match to be even more creative. Just browsing the collections give me great ideas that I use when making my presentations. Well worth the investment if you like to do professional work.
