Excellent Product and Service I have been using Infographia for a couple years. The colors and designs have added value to my presentations. I have been able to easily adjust for slide dimensions and other factors. It's wonderful to have great options for presentations. My investment has paid for itself through productivity. Inflexible customer care I accidentally purchased the team bundle instead of the individual bundle. So I asked if I could swap to the individual and have the difference refunded. They simply said I could share with four people instead. Awful customer service. It wouldn’t take a second for them to refund the difference. I have no team so have no other people to share the slides with anyway! If I knew their customer service was this bad I would never have considers them in the first place! I suggest you shop elsewhere as it’s a very disappointing experience.

Highly recommend The Infographia templates have been a massive help for presentations at work and uni. I was a bit skeptical about the price at the beginning, but it has definitely paid off. Great quality and lots of variety. They also provide free updates which are incredible. Highly recommend!

These guys are dishonest people These guys are dishonest people. They do impulse sales and don't offer refunds. Everybody offers refunds. They are very heavy on marketing and very low on customer satisfaction. They have no interest in the customers at all. For alternative look at something like slidecow. They offer returns! I was mistaken by the high rating of trustpilot reviews. I am posting with a photo of mine here just to show what kind of people they are.

Great tool Great tool! Pretty useful and resourceful; it saves lots of time trying to come up with a design idea. Now, our team is able to focus more on the content instead.
