Great presentations, easy to use... I use Infographic Templates to make impressive presentations. The slides are to use as they are and are easy to mix and match to be even more creative. Just browsing the collections give me great ideas that I use when making my presentations. Well worth the investment if you like to do professional work.

I couldn’t find a free trial on the… I couldn’t find a free trial on the webpage and so I purchased a membership hoping it would be a suitable platform to use to create info graphics online. Not the case. I have been declined a refund even though this product doesn’t suit my needs. Apparently the business gives no refunds at all. Apparently you can get a free trial but this is not advertised on the site... overall disappointing product and disappointing customer service.

The slides designs are brilliant, some usability issues The slides designs are brilliant I work in PowerPoint. Only niggle is that the raw slides are unconventionally large. This allows high definition images, but for regular professional slides I have to go through a whole page resizing exercise shifting multiple elements. This breaks up the diagrams and is fiddly to do. The alternative is that I work in the source decks from Infographia and paste as images into the business template slides, which mean that I cannot easily change fonts to work brand fonts automatically when I transfer them, and nor can I edit on-the-go, in a work-shopping environment, for example. But the design work is excellent and inspiring.

These guys are dishonest people These guys are dishonest people. They do impulse sales and don't offer refunds. Everybody offers refunds. They are very heavy on marketing and very low on customer satisfaction. They have no interest in the customers at all. For alternative look at something like slidecow. They offer returns! I was mistaken by the high rating of trustpilot reviews. I am posting with a photo of mine here just to show what kind of people they are.

Genuine Error Cost me More- poor back up from supplier They say that you can get the measure of a organisation by the way it responds to complaints. So, take care when purchasing as I believe that this company is money grabbing and inflexible! When you click on UNLOCK FULL ACCESS, which you would expect to open a tab which explain what full access is. It doesn’t explain anything annd just adds an item to your trolley. Which is fine, BUT, if you don’t check out and revisit the page it adds another pack to your trolley. I have ADHD and got distracted a couple of times and ended up buying three single licences, which cost me more than the five licences deal! Now, I hear you say, well you ordered them. Which I fully accept was an error on my part, however the attitude of Jason at Infograpia was patronising and unhelpful. The company refuse to refund the difference, which is a shame as I was really looking forward to using the slides. I have raised a query with my credit card company, which may not go anywhere but this company needs to look at the relationship it has with its customers instead of employing sharp practice. Poor show Infograpia.
