I couldn’t find a free trial on the… I couldn’t find a free trial on the webpage and so I purchased a membership hoping it would be a suitable platform to use to create info graphics online. Not the case. I have been declined a refund even though this product doesn’t suit my needs. Apparently the business gives no refunds at all. Apparently you can get a free trial but this is not advertised on the site... overall disappointing product and disappointing customer service.

Excellent Product and Service I have been using Infographia for a couple years. The colors and designs have added value to my presentations. I have been able to easily adjust for slide dimensions and other factors. It's wonderful to have great options for presentations. My investment has paid for itself through productivity. bad experience by software mistake I booked 2 licenses, even though I use it privately and have no other workplaces to share. I asked to redeem the unnecessary license, which they declined. When I tried to download an item, i was asked to pay another 97$. since 3 days i can't download anything. obviously the software mistake made me pay, but did not fullfill the license in a way it would work. So money gone, no refund, no downloads, and nobody responsible...

Highest Quality People and Graphics Infographic has shown repeatedly that the company hires very creative artists and support people. Their graphics are of the highest quality; we use their graphics weekly in customer, vendor, and channel partner presentations. Good work.

These guys are dishonest people These guys are dishonest people. They do impulse sales and don't offer refunds. Everybody offers refunds. They are very heavy on marketing and very low on customer satisfaction. They have no interest in the customers at all. For an alternative look at something like a slideshow. They offer returns! I was mistaken by the high rating of Trustpilot reviews. I am posting a photo of mine here just to show what kind of people they are.
