Advertised a google speaker for $40 Advertised a google speaker for $40, not marked as a 3D downloadable image but an actual speaker. It was listed under google max speakers on google shopping. I've never downloaded their software and emailed them multiple times and they are unwilling to issue a refund. Horrible company and terrible communication. I would not do business with them again. I plan to spread this review on social media.

Bad Product and Bad Customer Service!! I echo the other reviews regarding bad customer service. Additionally the product I ordered, model of the U. S. Capitol, was nicely designed, however, it took 3 days to download a .skp file version, which wouldn't run on my very fast 4G, i7 workstation so that I could use it. Downloaded a Cinema 4D version- it was so old that the current version of Cinema 4D wouldn't open it. Experienced problems with several other formats and gave up, whereupon I asked Dima Korchagin to cancel my account and refund my purchase. He rfused!

Hum3D is without any doubt my go-to… Hum3D is without a doubt our go-to source for 3D models. - Always accurate without any "custom" modifications (unless mentioned in the model description). Very important since our clients are not interested in unexpected surprises in their renders. Should also mention that Hum3D meshes are excellent and can be UV'd with zero problems. Hum3D models are perfect I bought an Oldsmobile Aurora with an interior 3D model from them. It's perfectly accurate to the real model. Besides the Oldsmobile, I bought many other car models from them like Chery Tiggo3, Lexus UX and etc which all of them are awesome. I really like Hum3D, they have a top variety of unique cars, amazing weekly and Black Friday discounts.

Junk Models AVOID Bought the London Shard because they state it's "The 3d model based on a real building created according to original dimensions" Upon opening in 3D max I discovered the 69th Floor plate looks nothing like the real floor plate. Columns in the wrong location, more columns than building has, glazing follow wrong floor plate so basically, it's not accurate. Upon seeking a refund under there T&C's "We provide money-back guarantee if a purchased 3D model has some errors and we cannot correct these errors or help with them." I have had nothing but excuses and resistant, they are liars and thieves. Shame on you!!!
