Simplifying My Design Work Across Europe and Asia I have bought several AI writing tool but SIMPLIFIED made my marketing work simpler as it very fast became my 1 stop solution for my social media marketing collaterals. From rewording my blog posts, to my ads, to my photo captions and even my regular articles and posts, the AI writer does its work well. The Name Says It All "Simplified" Overall I would say that it is a great alternative to other similar applications out there but THIS, takes the game to the next level by integrating AI Assistant to generate captions, quotes, headings, and many more which eases us a lot. For the copywriting, the AI assistant really helps in generating written content for captions/copies. For Image, the template provided can be a Canva on steroid where everything is easily navigated.. Pros: - we can link image sources from our own google drive - can easily create a gradient background - create multiple layers - we can have a layer view and rename our layer - has an extensive library of icons from clothes to animals to nature - collaboration with others - we can upload our own fonts and they also have extensive libraries of fonts available to choose from Cons: - don't have an eye icon to hide or show the layer - don't have the SVG export yet, tho is OTW - we can't do rounded corners yet from component All in all, it can live up its name - Simplified

UI/UX is Really User Friendly for a new user First of all UI/UX is Simple And Clean. It's Not Complex for a new user. I've Bought this tool Specifically for Writing AI Content and It's Amazing So Far. But its needs improvement in Product Review Copywriting. Had few Interactions with Customer Support. They will respond to you but it takes some time. Response rate needs Improvement. Constantly they are adding new features/updates etc. I believe they will improve over time.

Incompetent service Incompetent service, refund request on the day of the debit and cancellation on the same day on the account. A very long response from their customer service to finally tell me that the refund is not possible! Avoid this site.

Last choice Unfortunately, this one is at the bottom of the heap at this point in terms of ai writers. Its results were incomplete (blogs were cut off without finishing). That can be costly when you're paying for credits and the software cannot finish a job. Customer service did not follow through with a resolution. We moved on.
