Horrible...horrible experience Horrible...horrible experience. never again will I buy a 3d model from these clowns. Merchant claimed file supported a certain format/editor and got the downloads..what a surprise! not even close to being usable. Submitted a claim for refund and no can do. I'm now out over $100! Buyers beware of these scam artists. Filed a credit card chargeback and hoping for the best.

simply put: the best marketplace to sell/buy 3D models. If you are looking to sell/ buy 3d models of any kind then this is the right place, The support team is responsive and helpful and will resolve any issues even if sometimes it takes them a while. The community is super talented, active and welcoming and the website is super easy to use/navigate for both buyers and seller there are a few issues here and there but they rarely happen. Ive been with them since 2018. never had any major issues.their rates are around 65-75% after tax wich is a bit low, but still better than a lot of 3d marketplaces. so thank you cgtrader for making a 3d marketplace that doesnt suck.

Satisfied for years I have been on this platform for years and there were actually no big problems during this time if something has happened, you can rely on fair and competent support. Big tax royalties and bad payment system Never try cgtrade is the wrost platform for 3d selling Big tax 30% also have suck payment system im losing money from a failed transfer they make .
