Merchant claimed file supported a certain format/editor and got the downloads..what a surprise! not even close to being usable. Submitted a claim for refund and no can do. I'm now out over $100! Buyers beware of these scam artists. Filed a credit card chargeback and hoping for the best.

Scam for wildcat artists I have been accepted as an artist on the Wildcat CG trader platform. It's a scam. Models are always flagged as errors even though everything is uploaded as asked with the necessary quality. Some lame excuses are used like (basecolor needs to be a bit darker, roughness needs to be a bit shinier) No matter how many adjustments you make it's never enough. At the end they get your models for free and you wasted time and money.

Customer Service is A+++ Been using the site for a couple of months. Some great sellers on there and its been a great experience. Had an issue with one seller with non communication and the site support team got me sorted with no issues. Can highly recommend. Big shout out to Agota and the CGTrader team and the fantastic job they doing even through the current pandemic.

Big tax royalties and bad payment system Never try cgtrade is the wrost platform for 3d selling Big tax 30% also have suck payment system im losing money from a failed transfer they make .

CGTRADER FORCES HYPERWALLET ON DESIGNERS I was a selling 3d print designer on cgtrader for years. Yesterday i deleted all my payed models. The reason: cgtrader only wants to pay me using the hyperwallet. Problem is that hyperwallet is a scam. I ask them if they can pay me in other ways, but no. They do not give a f***. Do not buy from them, only download free models. They dont care about the designers anymore..... They say they value the content creators, but asked us nothing. Sorry but you only care about yourself....cgtrader
