Bought something that had Low Poly… Bought something that had Low Poly written all over it, showed no details of how many verts/polys or triangles. I fought the purchase cause it was 140k on all three. That isn't low poly in the slightest, and CGTrader took their side. Great job highway robbing people with misleading text and info yet claiming wire should tell me all I need, I'm not counting all the polys myself it should be in the info PERIOD.

Satisfied for years I have been on this platform for years and there were actually no big problems during this time if something has happened, you can rely on fair and competent support. I can highly recommend this platform for both buyers and sellers. It is a very reliable platform that takes care of its customers. Simply completely satisfied.

Horrible client support Horrible client support and resolution of problems. No products, no money back. Once they get your money, they don't care if the product info is misleading. Never again! Don't recommend it. Get your models from other websites.

CGtrader 3D print design company I've been using CGTrader for some time now and purchased many STL model files over 18 months. They pitch themselves selling supposedly top end stuff, which you pay a premium for and their really top quality designs are about 9/10. Unfortunately about 25% of the low end designs are not up to par. Kind of end of final semester test models, full of glitches ... unfinished afterthoughts and upgrades. And a loyalty system that just makes sure it never pays out on any of your purchases, despite showing the amount that can't be spent. All in all one of the better bigger Computer Graphics 3D modeling and design platforms. That needs to seperate the wheat from the chaff if it wants to capture the top end of the home/office environment

The best platform for 3D creators. I have been selling my projects on CGTrader for more than 4 years. It is a magnificent platform for creators and for users who require their services. We as creators have the freedom to create and sell as we want and the platform provides support so that we can perfect our work and provide a better product to our clients. I am very satisfied.
