Had an issue with one seller with non communication and the site support team got me sorted with no issues. Can highly recommend. Bought something that had Low Poly… Bought something that had Low Poly written all over it, showed no details of how many verts/polys or triangles. I fought the purchase cause it was 140k on all three. That isn't low poly in the slightest, and CGTrader took their side. Great job highway robbing people with misleading text and info yet claiming wire should tell me all I need, I'm not counting all the polys myself it should be in the info PERIOD.
