Customer Service is A+++ Been using the site for a couple of months. Some great sellers on there and its been a great experience. Had an issue with one seller with non communication and the site support team got me sorted with no issues. Can highly recommend. Big shout out to Agota and the CGTrader team and the fantastic job they doing even through the current pandemic.

At some point someone could feel unsecure, as the designers are not always answering and models seemed corrupted. But the support team is absolutely great. They solved all the problems. CGTRADER FORCES HYPERWALLET ON DESIGNERS I was a selling 3d print designer on cgtrader for years. Yesterday i deleted all my payed models. The reason: cgtrader only wants to pay me using the hyperwallet. Problem is that hyperwallet is a scam. I ask them if they can pay me in other ways, but no. They do not give a f***. Do not buy from them, only download free models. They dont care about the designers anymore..... They say they value the content creators, but asked us nothing. Sorry but you only care about yourself....cgtrader
