Customer Service is A+++ Been using the site for a couple of months. Some great sellers on there and its been a great experience. Had an issue with one seller with non communication and the site support team got me sorted with no issues. Can highly recommend. simply put: the best marketplace to sell/buy 3D models. If you are looking to sell/ buy 3d models of any kind then this is the right place, The support team is responsive and helpful and will resolve any issues even if sometimes it takes them a while. The community is super talented, active and welcoming and the website is super easy to use/navigate for both buyers and seller there are a few issues here and there but they rarely happen. Ive been with them since 2018. never had any major issues.their rates are around 65-75% after tax wich is a bit low, but still better than a lot of 3d marketplaces. so thank you cgtrader for making a 3d marketplace that doesnt suck.
