DO NOT USE!! Charged TRIPLE and pushing and still NO PRODUCT!! Contacted them for the creation of a logo, and spoke with Jayson who told me $125.00 I would receive the Logo, letterhead, a fax template, and business card image for print. Stated 48 hour turnaround time, it has now been 10 day and I still have nothing except files that do not open. Emails and texts are not being responded too and then realized when looking at my credit card statement they charged me TRIPLE what I was quoted!!!!! Ontop of that, the level of pushiness was insane to say the least, trying to get my to buy a package of $2200.00 which included Trademarking my logo, Jayson stated that the state fee to trademark it was $1500.00, which is actually $250-$600 to do a federal trademark, way less than he said for only a state trademark, so TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS here completely lying to customers!!!!! Asked for refund, no response. Disputting charge now. Truly awful people scam others like this.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!! ***Update***DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY*** 8/29/22 After dealing with Brad for over a year now, I have yet to see my website and copyright certificate. A lot of going back and forth, I do take responsible for a portion of the delay as we were waiting on images that I wanted to use for the website. Nowhere in the contract does it say I was required to make addition purchases. I paid for the whole package of the website design, logo design, all social media, the copyright to the logo, domain, and SSL. I spent close to $10000 already!!! Yet, they kept asking for additional payment. We provided samples of what we would like for the website but got ignored. Brad suggested a website with customization options as I explained what I was looking for. No where did he mention additional charges. All the design were very mediocre and amateur but was promised that it will look very professional once it goes live as they're still in developing stage. He asked for another $2000!!!!! to complete the website. He said it was the last payment for the website to go live!! I felt as if they were holding my website hostage!!!! There was no way I was willling to pay for the addition charge. Explained to him several times that we haven't even start the business but already spent over our budget for this damn website. I don't want the customizations, nor do I have capital to spend anymore and just go back to the original plan. The chat didn't seem like it was going anywhere, nor did I felt like I was being heard. So, I requested a refund as I do not want to waste their time or anymore of my time but he refused and rejected it. Then out of nowhere, I received call but missed it and then a text from David Myer on Wednesday 8/23. He said Brad no longer works there and he wanted to connect to discuss our project. I texted back the same day, no reply. David text back the next day saying that he will create a new chat group to his direct number to chat in detail. I don't think it takes more than a few mins to create a group chat. Well, lo and behold, Monday 8/28 rolls around, I texted him and dead silent. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM@!!! ------------------------------------------------------ 8/9/22 I had a pleasant experience with Jayson Peter @logodesigncenter. He guided me through everything I needed to know and directed me to packages that will benefit my line of business.

They were hired to create a website and… They were hired to create a website and paid $1100. I was promised that a web designer who had extensive experience would be assigned to my project. The work was of very poor quality and unusable. They did not spend any time discussing with me my needs or researching my industry. They cut and paste the information from the Bark proposal request I submitted into a blank template that had no character. When I requested my money back under their money back guarantee, they ignored my requests, and have not returned my calls or returned my money. I say, beware of hiring this company.

He was able to easily answer all my questions and help me to come up with the right solution for my needs. He also helped point me in the right direction for some future needs and assessments. Could not ask for anything more.

Sleazy Internet Logo Design Company Following up from another one-star review of May 2023. This company got my $470 for a custom logo design and supposedly a copyright in my name; then tried to shake me down for an additional $1000+ a few months later. Account mgr. "Brad" said I could no longer use the logo unless I paid for a 5 or 10 yr (or lifetime) copyright certificate. Then harassed me via phone, text, and WhatsApp until I took the logo off my website. THEN, on Aug 4, another guy Kevin e-mailed trying to re-engage me about the logo and the copyright. I told him I felt cheated & deceived by the company, which he blamed on Brad (stating he'd been fired). Kevin tried to get me to resume using the logo and also tried to sell me more services. I asked for a complete refund which he said he'd arrange, but then stopped responding to my calls and e-mails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SLEAZY INTERNET COMPANY!
