These guys are total crooks These guys are total crooks. As a small business in Ontario, Canada, I went for the $60 logo design. I pretty much had to design the whole thing myself and have them replicated it - I just needed proper file type. Then, they kept calling to upsell, repeatedly! I told them not to harass me anymore. I got what I wanted and didn't want to be contacted again. Then, I heard from them by phone and email today (November 2023) that someone else wants my logo design in North Carolina and they've applied for a copyright. So, first, they are admitting to selling the logo I bought to someone else. And secondly, they are trying to get me to believe that a North Carolina business has the same name as ours, which has the province "Ontario" in the name. I called them on their crooked business practices used to squeeze more money out of people and they changed their tune pretty quickly saying that it was an auto message that was sent and it wouldn't happen again. Hard to explain the harassing phone call then... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I have had an excellent experience… I have had an excellent experience working with Brad. Brad is a real professional, he listens and totally understands what Ive envisioned for my company. Everything is above board with this company. No hidden costs! I’ve also experienced easy and clear communication while working with Brad. All and all I’m very satisfied and highly recommend Logodesigns.

They were hired to create a website and… They were hired to create a website and paid $1100. I was promised that a web designer who had extensive experience would be assigned to my project. The work was of very poor quality and unusable. They did not spend any time discussing with me my needs or researching my industry. They cut and paste the information from the Bark proposal request I submitted into a blank template that had no character. When I requested my money back under their money back guarantee, they ignored my requests, and have not returned my calls or returned my money. I say, beware of hiring this company.

Not true to their word and on top very pushy may suggest services that you don’t need at the end of day sent me the wrong materials would not hold up to their word and want to push you to buy more services and if you don’t agree would suggest you can’t use the logo you paid for if you don’t donthe trademarks even if you did the copyrights

The process started well, disheartened in the end. The process started well with chat conversations about what I was looking for and what they could offer. Very happy with what the team designed for my new company but the pressured conversations about copywriting, and subsequent cost, left a bad taste in my mouth. I hired you and paid for a logo, you designed said logo, the end. My contact person never called me back I had to call the US from Canada and I found the communication hard in general. I would not recommend just based on my experience, maybe wiser to pick a local company next time, especially as I progress further with my company. Design great, experience poor.
