GBGreat experience, got help on Thanksgiving Day! Was printing a big order for the holidays. On Thanksgiving day, I had a question about my Prestige DTF printer that I couldn't solve. Went to their Slack tech support channel and I got an answer in less than 5 minutes from their AI that saved me hours of troubleshooting on my own! What a life saver, thanks so much! I was not expecting help on Thanksgiving day!

GBTerrible.....bought a new DTF machine… Terrible.....bought a new DTF machine from them. From day 1 printer had issues with white ink. To try and fix, all they send are Youtube videos. After nothing corrected problem, they sent a new print head that covered by warranty, but refused to send a tech to install it. Wanted $1000.00 from me to have tech come out. Ridiculous, a new machine that they dont stand behind.

GBNot the best company for printer supplies Not the best company for printer supplies. I used them for quite a while after purchasing my DTG printer. I stopped using them after about 6 months and 4 separate orders being messed up, more orders than we got correctly. I used to order my pre-treatment and ink carts from them. Several times I ordered a run of ink, only to have some of the ink delivered. One time, I ordered a whole run of ink, but I was nearly out of yellow, guess which color didn't show up? This happened 3 times, and the final thing that got me was, I ordered a few ink carts and a bottle of Image Armor PT. I received 2 of the 3 inks I ordered and got 2 bottles of PT, neither of which were Image Armor. I felt that they were not taking any effort to try and correct whatever was causing these internal errors, and it was a pain to correct each time. We moved onto GarmentPrinterInk, I suggest you do too.

GBI have had nothing but hell from this… I have had nothing but hell from this company. The support is the worst and your downtime when things fail is weeks. They are not truthful and sell printers with known issues. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ALL AMERICAN PRINT SUPPLY. IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE SORRY.

GBThis company SUCKS!.. This company SUCKS!... I bought a Prestige A3 Plus which has never been reliable. this company never takes ownership on their product and can barley get any help from someone who knows what they are talking about. Plus if you order items they send the wrong product and have no customer service or remorse for their customers....
