USUnacceptable. . . I ordered a map with a frame and I received a completely wrong order. (Order 11581) This was supposed to be an anniversary gift for my parents 25th anniversary. No one is responding to my emails and no one answers my phone calls. This is absolutely unacceptable for the $123 I spent and international fees I paid! I just want the order I paid for. Please contact me. I have sent emails with a photo of what I received

USI would highly recommend Below the Stars I have found that Below the Stars is a reputable company. When I placed my order and received my tracking information, it told me the number wasn't found. I emailed Below the Stars and they responded within 24 hours, extended their apologies and told me they would send my print with a new track number. That track number did not work either. I emailed them again and they again responded promptly. Evidently, the print was on its way because, within a couple of days, I received the most beautiful poster that I had ordered!! Excellent quality and exactly how I imagined the print to be. I would recommend this company not only for response time, attention to my concerns, and the quality of their product!
