GBMy order was not fulfilled My order was not fulfilled. I order two sets of cartridges and only received one set. I received the missing set of cartridges and an apology from Linford Office. I am very pleased with the quality and price of my purchase and not give five stars to the company.

GBNo repsonse I have contacted you several times for a return label, but get no response. I ordered the wrong toners and would like to return them and order the correct ones for my M209 HP Laser Printer with chips.

GBWrong Ink, Bad service I ordered this ink on 1/17/24 and got it on 1/23/24 Was sent the wrong ink. When I called to let them know ow what happened. I was not given a ticket number and I was told that some one would call me. They emailed me at 2am in the morning. Then in their email they had all of the information that I had given to the said person in customer service incorrect. NOTE: All of the information was wrong!!! Then once I informed them of the correct ink They person emailing me is still speaking of incorrect information.then was told to purchase ink and then they would help me with refund. So I told them to send me a refund due to me returningthe incorrect ink on my own. Basicallythey don't listen and will get your order incorrect.

GBSuper Quality 7600 Brother Cartridge Particles print very fine. The litho of font sizes down to 2pts print well and crisp 1/36 inch. Excellent - publisher quality..
