GBWhen order placed online When order placed online, company did not indicate certain items were on back order. The only way we found out is five days later when only partial order arrived. I called company on two different days and received two different stories as to why items were on back order and rep could not tell us when we might receive the items. I cancelled items on back order. Will be interesting to see if I every receive email or credit from company.

GBwe had doing business from this company … we had doing business from this company for more than 6 years. I make a call to customer service before place my order to buy the right ink for my printer, they couldn't help me so I had to guest from my previous order witch is the right one. I get my order today with free shipping because its more than $50 but I order the wrong one, I call the first time and the customer service put me on hold for 20 minutes because she told me that maybe they have a restock fee. I call again and talk with another customer service and I ask it to exchange it but they didnt offer this service, so you need to return the item, pay for the shipping to return it, then they charge you 10% restock it fee even do the item its close, and then order again, but because your order is less than $50 you need to pay a shipping for the new item. I don't thing its a proper customer service, but its ok, they lost a customer and we find cheaper price at amazon and many other websites.

GBStay away from these crooks!!! This company scams their customers. Any positive reviews were written by them! I put my printer model on the form when I ordered my labels. They sent a $60 box of lables that were the wrong size. When I called they said they didn't have the right ones and then they wanted me to pay the $30 return shipping before they would refund my money. I believe they knew they didn't have my labels. They sent the wrong ones hoping I would just throw them away since the return shipping was so expensive. They scammed me to make a sale. Although internet shopping can be easy and tax free, this is just anothe example of amature loosers business owners that have no ethics. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

GBStay far away I ordered something their website said was in stock. They took my money and then refused to respond to me. I just filed a dispute with my bank and a complaint with the better business bureau. Stay far away.
