GBwe had doing business from this company … we had doing business from this company for more than 6 years. I make a call to customer service before place my order to buy the right ink for my printer, they couldn't help me so I had to guest from my previous order witch is the right one. I get my order today with free shipping because its more than $50 but I order the wrong one, I call the first time and the customer service put me on hold for 20 minutes because she told me that maybe they have a restock fee. I call again and talk with another customer service and I ask it to exchange it but they didnt offer this service, so you need to return the item, pay for the shipping to return it, then they charge you 10% restock it fee even do the item its close, and then order again, but because your order is less than $50 you need to pay a shipping for the new item. I don't thing its a proper customer service, but its ok, they lost a customer and we find cheaper price at amazon and many other websites.

GBPoor shipping @pospaperusa great job this with shipment today. Way to take pride in what you are shipping and taking care at this time of people’s needs during a pandemic. Maybe you guys need to revisit what your are doing #disappointed couldn’t seal it for the customer??

GBBad shipping, even worse product My last order was for 3" bond paper and 3-1/8" thermal paper. I received damaged boxes and another box the next day with almost all of the remaining rolls from the damaged box. I asked the company to replace the missing rolls, but never received a response. Worst issue with my order was the quality of the 3" bond paper. It was difficult to the tell the difference between it and the thermal paper aside from width. It is glossy and won't fee properly in my printers. Again, no help from POSpaper.com I'll never order from them again.

GBOrdered 12 cases of labels on June… Ordered 12 cases of labels on June 26th. Three weeks later and they still have not arrived. Called the company 3 times and each time "our computers are slow today", we will get back to you. No call..no e-mail. Finally talked with Jessica in logistics who was going directly to shipping and would Fed-ex if the order hadn't gone out yet. Again, no call or e-mail to follow up! I decided that I would call her, only to find out the extension doesn't exist. Buyer beware..there is something seriously wrong with a company that won't follow up and communicate. Going through Paypal to get my money back.
